Different players. Cavani is target striker while Sanchez is supporting striker / winger. Cavani is a better ST, Sanchez is a better SS / winger.

Totally different players. Sanchez is a winger or can play as a support striker. Cavani is a huge target man. If you want to compare cavani's supporter, lavezzi, to sanchez, then lavezzi takes it.

Totally different players but Cavani has a bigger influence in Napoli than Sanchez has in Udinese.
