Yeah, I am almost glad that no CB came now. Give the current CBs until January and to me they're doing very well!

Ive been saying barzagli is a beast for a year now, you all said he was too slow lol. Hes prolly the best cb in italy and hes a wc champion.

I was one to say that he is slow which he is ...but conte plays him as Sweeper and he is doing great there I am amazed by him from his first debut for us I spoke that he is great CB ...I wonder where are the ppl who said so many bad things about that move and we got him for 300.000 only .....

I was not impressed by Giaccherini at all. I thought he had the poorest performance of anyone, especially given the importance of the wing positions in this system. I'm very disappointed that we didn't see Krasic at the end. I think he could have helped stretch Siena's defense and helped hold possession.

What's even more confusing is that Giaccherini started as the LW, but had to be switched to the RW position because he was clearly ineffective. So, if Giaccherini couldn't perform well at LW and he was average at RW, I'd really like to know how much longer we have to wait for Krasic to start. I'm really confused. On a side note, I'm not a Pepe fan, but he was clearly more effective than Giaccherini on either side.

I'm happy with the win, but the performance was average against a newly promoted Siena team. Siena had strong possessions and scoring opportunities that would have been converted by top Serie A clubs.

the funny thing is these are the kind of games that we have to start fielding Elia and Krasic on the wings [that is if Conte thinks of them as first team material] and Estigaribbia on the bench.

When do we wait and field them? If Elia and Esti have to get used to the system, we are gonna w8t till we face the likes of Milan, Napoli, Inter and co to field them?

It just doesn't make sense to me what Conte is up to, he is the same person who claims he likes fast, skillful and effective wingers.

And articles are saying that Giaccherini just needs time to grow and learn the system. Last time I checked, Elia and Krasic have less experience in Serie A than Giaccherini and all three of them are just learning Conte's system. So, why aren't Elia and Krasic being given a chance to grow into the system?

I think Conte has great tactics, but I feel like he's benching people and playing mind games with players like he's Capello or Mourinho and he is nowhere near either of them. I'm also starting to wonder if he has a bias for playing Italians. I'm not saying that's a fact, but his selections seem odd to me.
