£10m at most. I think he's incredibly over-rated. Before last season his best ever season was 11 league goals. With how bad the EPL was last year it's not surprising that he scored more goals. Saying that he was still out scored by Berbatov in the league.

I would say 20m would be a fair price. Injuries play a big part in his low valuation but you have to consider age as well. 28 years old is no spring chicken.

Also, logic dictates that the older you get the more injury prone you are and the longer it takes to get back into form so that goes against him as well.

Also, I don't think there is a fair deal for him because he is worth way more to Arsenal then other teams would value him at.
