Seriously i grew up with films like Lion King, Dumbo, Bambi, Fox and the Hound, Alice in Wonderland, Lady and the Tramp, 101 Dalmatians, Jungle Book, Tarzan, Aladdin, Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast etc etc
Now you have crap like High School Musical, Hannah Montana etc etc......

Bro what are you on about? Most Pixar films, owned by Disney, are just as good as those you listed. Wall-E, The Incredibles, Toy Story, Up, Ratatouille, etc. are all quality movies, and ever perhaps better than the ones we grew up with.

Incredibles and Toy Story come under the Etc part
The rest are decent but nothing compared to the films i grew up.......
My point remains majority of Disney's films in the last 5 years have been a big bowl of uninspired crap

I so agree, man I remember watching Lion King a 1000 times, it so *bleep* good. I swear when I get kids I'm gonna let them watch these becouse TV is so bad today

Nah man, Wall-E and Up are amongst the best Pixar has to offer. I suspect that, since you don't share my opinion, you haven't watched them or have no taste jk jk so do, they are as inspired as they get. Also a lot of the movies you mention weren't produced in the years during your childhood but rather in the years of your parent's childhoods, Disney has produced a lot of shit before ours. The 70s and early to mid 80s weren't particularly kind to them.

Yh that's true, tbh i have never got round to watching Wall-E or Up i should do......
But they are Pixar movies rly i was more talking about Disney movies not Films that are made by other companys that Disney own.....

I was about to make one of my usually in depth analysis post. But I am going to do this instead.
But seriously, Disney have all their creative forces working in Pixar, while the main branch is going into the movie business which actually costs less then Animation these days. They also mass produce cheap but profitable fads by feeding those fads to the masses.
