Iker Casillas is a decent goalkeeper, Di Natale should have scored there.

Di Natale, good player in the league, but on the big world stage the guy is a choke artist. I remember when he missed that penalty in euro 2008 after doing absolutely sweet f all the whole tournament, I was surprised Donadoni selected him.
I agree with what someone above said, in that he doesn't have the mentality of a champion. It's hard to be a champion though when your owner guts the teams roster of its best players before playing a consistently top 4 EPL team... Sad really.

I am tired of seeing uninformed Italian fans coming with lameass facts to cover up for a dying league & how it is falling off rapidly.
DI Natale did not have the 3rd best strike rate. Gomez had. He scored 39 goals in 45 goals including 8 goals off 8 matches in CHL(same strike rate as Messi).
As for the topic. Di Natale is a fantastic striker, always was & will be. I have always liked him. Sadly he is 34-35 odd & reaching the end of his career. He could have been a monster for a top club.
