He still can but he can't do it against decent defenders

Re: It's All THEIR Fault! (El Clasico edition)
Happened in both Milan derbies too... This is really bad for football...
Is the Spanish NT finished?
With so much hate between the two main contributors to the national side, it is hard to see how they will be able to play together.
It all started with the Ramos - Puyol incident but I remember Puyol coming out and saying Ramos apologized and they both got over it.
It is now far past that point.
Will the Spanish NT suffer due to one of the most passionate and fierce derbies of all time?

Re: It's All THEIR Fault! (El Clasico edition)
The Spanish player never fighted against each other, in fact they had a verbal fight (Casillas and Xavi)
It was Marcelo VS. Pinto, then Higuain vs Pinto vs David Villa vs Özil etc
No Spanish NT against each other

Re: It's All THEIR Fault! (El Clasico edition)
Straight Red, pretty obvious. And over the last few classcios there were numerous incidents where especially Marcelo and Pepe just stomped or kicked on people without any intention to play the ball, disgusting...
Playing football myself, it's pretty common, that if people play dirty you react with milking those situations...
And Im no barca supporter here, but seriously, madrid played with a few materazzis in the last few classicos, wich is not a good look at all...

Re: It's All THEIR Fault! (El Clasico edition)
Madrid hasn't actually got that many key members of the Spain NT.
Casillas and Alonso are calm and likeable guys, I don't see any problem there.
Ramos is a different thing but that's only one player.
So I don't think the Barca-Real rivalry affects the Spain NT at all.

I'm still a Madrid fan, and most of all I'm not blind, there might have been a touch but don't tell me Messi isn't trying to milk the best of it

Re: It's All THEIR Fault! (El Clasico edition)
Yeah, Alonso's tackles from behind to Messi are very likeable.
And Casillas statements too: "They won because of the refs" after the CL konckout or "one tackle in the whole game and they probably dived" after yesterday's game.
I bet all Barça players are happy with them both.

Re: It's All THEIR Fault! (El Clasico edition)
Bad tackle but it wasn't that bad. 100% deserved his red card though.
Fabregas was always fine, him running around smiling should more than enough proof he was never really hurt.
Marcelo lost his cool under the circumstances, he's not that type of guy.

Re: It's All THEIR Fault! (El Clasico edition)
There is nothing wrong with overstating the obvious foul when somone is trying to hurt you. Diving, for me atleast is when someone is trying to milk a fair situation, fighting of the ball or an accident etc. That was no accident from Marcelo, he knew what he was doing, and Messi made sure the ref saw that.omarish wrote:jiopsi wrote:Yeah, Marcelos look tells he didn't touch, not. Don't try to justify a dive, it was a slight touch that didn't even get him off balance nor really hurt him, he could have survived without falling and then holding his knee, where he wasn't even hit.
Once again, he was just milking the hell of the situation.
