Hard work, despite the friendly match
The enthusiasm was sky-high at Chiusa Pesio: stands full and enthusiasm galore. At the Stadio Comunale of Chiusa Pesio there's a feeling of a great event: whether the players are engaged in athletics or in a match, the presence of the Bianconeri on the pitch is synonymous with party for the supporters that crowd the stands. Crowded stands, even for this morning's training, although the highlight of the day is represented by the friendly match against the Cuneo in the afternoon.
The team first performed warming-up and athletic work, then they were divided: defenders and central midfielders performed circulation ball during the counter-attack step, while central and wing strikers were committed first in the gym and then on the pitch, for a series of sprints and acceleration drills. Finally, the strikers were shown the ball, closing the session with shooting exercises. It was an intense training, thus confirming once more the philosophy of Conte: this must be a period of hard work as a function of the start of next season and not of the various friendly matches held in these days. Despite this, however, Juve will honor the commitment with the Cuneo this afternoon, the kickoff being at 17.00 (live TV on Sky Sport 1).
