Watch a thread

Almost every time, when I post in the thread, I become subscribed to it, and I receive all replies in my email.
I'd like that the "watch a thread" option is not activated by default when you post on a thread.

Anyone got this problem?

go to your profile and go to your preferences and change it from there

i think you havent pressed no on this option

Sends an e-mail when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you post.
