iker casillas vs victor valdes

k so who u think is better, im bored and ive been reading whole lot of fools saying valdes can touch the saint

oh here we go again..
San Iker, wins this one easily.

Iker.

He has better reflexes, he is there when his team needs him the most, but he has issues with consistensy whereas Valdes doesn't, but Valdes is the worse keeper between the two.

The Copa Del Rey final comes in mind (this season)
He basicly saved Real from total humiliation from the 2nd half and in the end, helped Real win the trophy

Valdes since he won CL and La Liga

They are saying Valdes was better last season which is a very fair assessment.

But Casillas is better.

Valdes has had a better last few seasons.

The Madrid One,why waste your time? Who wouldn't look good while playing for a team like barca? Have you ever imagined a busquet in blackburn rovers,pedro in westham united or even a messi in stoke city? Hahaaaaa!, thought so.let them compare what they like,but funny enough valdes will never be spain no 1 especially now he is same age with casillas. De Gea is ofcourse. Casillas is like the 4th to 5th best goalkeeper in the last decade and u should compare him with people like buffon,schmeichel,van der sar. Valdes is same rank as howard,foster,friedel.lol

Ok now everyone,you can see from the votes that San iker by an infinity margin better that San voidest.

Iker wins for sure but Valdes not far off, both great keepers.

Ok how do you know how these players would perform in those teams? How do you make these things up ?

Iker is by far the better keeper there is no argument really!

Iker is the better goalkeeper, but Valdes is the master of 1 on 1s.

Taking off the Madrid blinders and giving credit to Valdes. He's actually been pretty great for Barcelona for, let's say, 2 - 3 seasons. Has he been more on form than Casillas, probably but what usually sends the argument to Casillas' favour is that Iker has been consistent over a greater length of time and not just 2 - 3 years of footballing worth.

As for Spain NT, Valdes is just unlucky, plain and simple. May have been born in the wrong era, just too much goal keeping quality...

With the way spain play Valdes would be more suited than Casillas but accoding to Guillem Balague politics would never allow Valdes to replace Casillas. Valdes is a better sweeper and is more consistent, Casillas has better refexes. Both very good. Valdes has been better for three seasons so is better at the moment.

Career Form: Valdes < Casillas

While maybe Valdes would suit their style better, I don't think Spain could have won the WC without Casillas. The saves he did under the WC was incredible, and he did it more than 1 time. The penelty save against Paraguay comes in mind, aswell.

So Barcas players are inferior just because they play a different style to everyone else?
