only 40% of Qatar is ethincly Arab the rest are all Sout Asian, Iranian and subsaharan

Aspire? That's Sandro Rosell's academy. Didn't know they were that good. I hope Barça has a preference as Rosell is involved in the academy.

Qatar is getting players from africa when they are young, they train them at this academy and after X years give them Qatari nationality, in order to make a good team for their WC.

Why so surprised? Qatar has been improving, they proved that in the Asian Cup last January. Of course, there's still room for improvement, but overall they're improving a lot and haven't stopped yet.
