That's a great signing for Arsenal. Havertz is a great addition to the squad, and he can play in many different positions. He's a great box to box midfielder too. I know he didn't have the best of seasons at Chelsea last year, but most that squad underperformed last season, so a move to a new club might help him return to his best form.
