Me i don't care the hour, usually it's around 1-2 PM

Just make sure the settings are good:
8x15 roster
5 moves allowed per week
Remove the one day delay for trades
Maybe others i forget

Also you can’t stop the trade “delay” from what I can see.

It’s a fine feature to stop a lopsided trade ruining the season.
