Re: Calcio Saga 21/22
Just like last year's Coops, this will be decisive to the team's moral.
Again, Milan will fail at the last hurdle. At least CL qualificationb is guaranteed. Will probably fail to score five goals is the next Serie A matches while Inter have a clear advantage with their schedule.

Welp, guess that a wrap for the scudetto
Unreal robbery, we've lost 3 games this season due to refereeing mistakes, whilst Inter gets favourable decisions.
Completely undeserved.

Justice, Strahoska should have been sent off.
We're still not winning Scudetto though. Even if we manage to eke out wins like these, refs will somehow put a stop to it.

Re: Calcio Saga 21/22
Us and Napoli are now qualified for CL mathematically with 3 matches to go. Last season we got qualification on the last matchday after Napoli failed to win. Much more comfortable this time around even without Ronaldo, Chiesa, and Dybala for a lot of the season. A testament to the difference between Pirlo and Max. A shame about the start of the season and the last Inter match, refs eliminated us from a late scudetto push.
Yesterday Fabio Miretti started in midfield. 18 year old technical mid that has been a star at all levels of Juve. Hope to see more of him in these last 3 matches before I guess he goes on loan. The kid looks great, has a more incisive pass than anyone in our team.

Re: Calcio Saga 21/22
Let's win the coppa and then we forget this season
I rate Max B or B- in 21-22
For all the criticism he gets about the defensive approach, it was really the only way to win games. But i get the feeling that as a team we just stalled, avoided a catastrophic failure is our main achievement.
I put all my hopes in the mercato

This is a ridiculous comment, talk about fanboyism. If it's a testament to anything, it's to how poor Serie A was this year.
The only thing that Macs did better than Pirlo was keeping the team together, but that's easier when you can't have an emotional crash because you were out of the title race by October.
For the rest, he never had (and wont' have) more points than Pirlo at any point of the season, he put out a putrid offense without managing to improve the defense (while parking the bus, nonetheless) and he had mportant players performing below their pre-Allegri levels (Chiesa, Cuadrado, Locatelli, Vlahovic)
Oh, but he didn't have Ronaldo! Ronaldo is useless, even harmful, outside the box, so if you don't create, he won't score. It wouldn't have made much of a difference. Roanldo scored the least goals in the last 12 years when he played under Allegri and it was Allegri himself who wanted him gone
Oh, but the injuries! That's what happens when you fire one of the best trainers in the business so that you can hire your butcher friend.
This was Juve's worst season since Delneri and the only reason Allegri won't be yeeted is because our idiot president gave him 7 mil per 4 years
P.S. Dybala already has played this year 50% more minutes than the last.

I got Pirlo vibes from Tonali yesterday. Is he the real deal? Do you think he can reach Verratti levels?

More a Gattuso (who had underrated technical skills) than a Pilot. He is a box to box that is good at driving the ball forward and good under pressure.
Not a tempo setter nor someone that's consistently great with his passes. Still young though, so we can't tell what his ceiling is.

Re: Calcio Saga 21/22
When Tonali first came on to the scene he was compared to Pirlo. They both had long hair and came from Brescia and Tonali was playing as a regista. You can find YouTube videos of his time there where he was pinging Pirlo esque long balls and free kicks.
He plays in a double pivot for us. He’s a lot more combative and aggressive than I thought. He’s also safer on the ball for us. I’d be interested to see how he adapts to playing in the middle of a midfield 3 again.

Milan have not lost a single Serie A match since January, at that time not even the war Russia-Ukraina had started
