You can at least see what Arteta is doing or trying to do. There is consistency in style eventhough substance isn't always there. If anything he is at least a proper coach.

Well, yeah.. I think he's always shown glimpses of something exciting in his team, even though he had a relatively mediocre team to begin with, and the quality of the football was often a reflection of that. The general opinion, not just here, but all over the internet was overwhelmingly negative towards him, though. If there's a manager hate tier above Ole, I reckon he'd be in it. But people are shamelessly changing their tune now that things are going his way
