How come Sancho was on the bench again? Not that he set the world on fire when he came on but surely he'd be a better fit than Martial

It's clear the man is going to destroy Premier League, his winning Inter experience made it what he wasn't still

Can’t believe there’s any doubt about him. He’s going to eat up the PL.

Is it the squad though? I would argue it is the manager more than it is the squad.Art Morte wrote:Arsenal's squad is absolutely dire.

Re: 2021/2022 Premier League Discussion
Too early to tell but I think even EL would be a stretch. I don't see Arsenal competing with United, Liverpool, Chelsea and City. Perhaps competing against the likes of Spurs, Leicester and West Ham are more achievable.Firenze wrote:danyjr wrote:Is it the squad though? Re: 2021/2022 Premier League Discussion
Maybe. They're the worst of any of those teams (and Spurs are shit). I once again believe they'd be lucky to finish above 8th or so. They're a bad team with a bad manager

Re: 2021/2022 Premier League Discussion
Liverpool Chelsea next week, great chance for both to make a statement. Liverpool to shut up people who claim Klopp cycles when he has had 19 CB pairings in one season after winning the PL and on the other hand Chelsea who just won the CL and now have a complete squad to build on and prove as title challengers along side City.

Simply can't wait for Lukaku vs VanDijk. What a heavyweight title it would be to win in ages

Re: 2021/2022 Premier League Discussion
Liverpool fans why are u guys letting players like Shaqiri go for 9M? think I read you're trusting youth players for squad depth? someone like Shaq for 9M makes no sense to let go tbh, thats nothing to a PL team
