New manager + no preseason + covid schedule + squad transition. A collection of circumstances made for Conte to win the scudetto.

A lot of our important players so far are either new, or have been here for one season and now grown in importance:
De Ligt, Danilo, Chiesa, Ramsey, McKennie, Rabiot, Arthur, Morata, Kulusevski

Few players remain from old team cores that still play a key role so everyone is settling in together, with the learning curve of Pirlo himself, coupled with almost no preseason and matches every 3 days.

Always had a feeling it would be either Juve or Inter who would end our streak. I remember after Juve's undefeated season it was Inter and us who beat Conte the following season for the first time. Oh well it was fun while it lasted.

A collection of bad decisions and bad evalutations. I also blame misplaced ambition. Coincidence or not since we signed Ronaldo it is not the same Juve. As i sadly expected back in july 2018

Lost our GM and coach, replaced them with less competence. Beppe took time to give sketchy extensions to finished players before leaving, it did not help. So we lower the standard of quality in our signings, throw away money and give huge contracts to average players. Because of those big salaries we are screwed financially

Then we hired Sarri whose ideas nobody was buying them in the locker room. Pirlo who has zero experience.

Not one thing in particular explains these tough times, more so it's a negative snowball effect.
