Kulusevski is already better than Bernardeschi. Impressed with his decision making, would like to see him demand the ball a bit more

Rabiot picking up where he left off and McKennie actually being mobile and covering ground, wearing #14 for the irony of it all

Very good. This is the ideal role for him, basically as the most advanced midfielder attacking the space to link up with the forwards.

Classic positional play. 5 players between the lines, 5 behind the ball. Each in their own specific zone. The back 5's shape changes when Juve progress to Sampdoria's half.

Awesome game from our midfield. All of them were great.

Mckennie came as a surprise. Really outstanding debut from him. Absolutely deserved that goal. Adds something we've been missing for far too long. A real engine in midfield. It's just one game but I've been thoroughly impressed by him as I've been with Kulusevski ofcourse.

Great great start to the campaign. Pirlo bringing enthusiasmo to this team as promised.

Very encouraging first match. A lot of positives, would have won by more if Ronaldo was finishing better, usual slow start from him.

I'm excited to see more and to have everyone back. To see this team with Dybala, Arthur, De Ligt, Bernardeschi, Alex and maybe Dzeko.
