Re: Calcio Saga 19/20
Such an intense and tight match and Ospona does that... Immobile isn't in forgiving form to miss that.

yea ... Opsina was basically playing with lion for a fool there....
if anything if immobile was surging towards him he should have just cleared for a throw... he wanted to make a turn off immobile like a ronaldinho there XD
i feel bad for gattuso and Napoli fans.. Ospina owes them 3 points..

Cagliari are a very impressive team relative to their options available and the scoreline is rather flattering. Cigarini and Naingollan seem to be their best players this season and constant difference-makers but Leao's opener and Ibra to close it off was enough to stifle the relentless pressure the Sardinians applied on our mess of a backline.
On Ibra, its not his goals but his ability to dictate the tempo up front to his own pace. Under Allegri we knew the drawback of playing him as it often centres much too much around him and his own pace but its like he never left and it is amazing to see someone at 38 play this well.
Its a band-aid and it will not last but no doubt the injection of what he brings to the pitch and his signature leadership, will have us steer away from embarrassment.
wait and see ... maldini, boban, gazidis and massara is going to settle with little to no change with ibra changing fortunes.
without ibra the only player who was creating or playing with any sense of purpose and urgency was theo hernandez.
on 39th minute i was laughing because ibra got so frustated with midfielders he dropped deep and got the ball off kessie to just get them moving up front... XD
never seen ibra dropping deep like this and he was doing a francesco totti today.... for milan.

yep cant see him playing regular basis unfortunately. he is better off going to Spurs. we can use some money... in any case we paid him 40 million and we are selling on loss ...

I really do hope we get some quality wingers/midfielders
tbh he was ok... sucked on possession but made up for a pace , when on counterattack.

Atalanta should be level at the very least. Some really good chances spurned.
Martinez getting away with holding on to someone's foot in the box and no VAR getting called is maddening though.

Re: Calcio Saga 19/20
Missed the game earlier today, but regarding last week I found it quite funny how much more urgent our players looked on the ball when Ibra came on. Was it the same today?

Re: Calcio Saga 19/20
I don't know if it was more urgency, but Milan certainly seemed to have more direction with Ibra in the XI from what I saw today. He's a focal point, an anchor, that they are able to find and play off of. That worked well today.

Atalanta tie it up through Gosens. Deserved equalizer. They've had Inter pegged back for just about all of this 2nd half.

FT 1-1
Inter have to find a way through games like this if they want to win this league. Atalanta completely snuffed them out in that 2nd half.

A golden tie at the end
but what about Lazio , 10 wins in a row and they win even when they play crap as today
in this period they're also lucky, this is unreal

lazio has been scrapping victory ... the first half it was mostly all lazio but second half it looked like napoli was going to win, they had good possession and was not letting napoli any chance for a quick counterattack.
yesterday's lazio win is on Ospina

Re: Calcio Saga 19/20
just saw cagliari milan highlights, ibra could have had hattrick yesterday... first hit the post with header, scored a goal.. another goal just ruled out offside.

Verona-Genoa will kick off 15 minutes late because the lines of the penalty areas are wonky and need re-painting. Serie A in 2020

Demiraaaaaaaaaaal 1-0 at 2' from a set piece, Dybala assist.
This kid will have no shortage of fans, scoring a goal on top of his very aggressive and solid defending.
