Hala probably wants Derik to take over King Ramos

Na Derik has stagnated imo. Llorente is good enough to be promoted though

Re: El Matador - Sergio Ramos
This video makes him look a lot better defensively than he actually is, highlighting his reckless tackles and actions only when they are actually successful. I've always felt that Ramos is an all-in type of player. He either gets it right, or he screws up and looks like an idiot. Unfortunately, I think I'll remember him for the latter after he eventually leaves, regardless of whether he goes on to perform well, or not.

I lost trust in Ramos about two years ago.. I will miss his technique, attacking prowess and passion but its time to move on

Re: El Matador - Sergio Ramos
*bleep* CHAMPION. Literally one of our best players ever. Up there with the likes of Raul, Di Stefano, Juanito, Gento, Puskas, Cristiano, Buitre ...
You can say what you want about his cards, reckless challenges, bad temper but his heart, will, passion, call it what you want gave us two Champions League trophies. Not the best defender out there, but for sure one of the best footballers of his generation.
LONG LIVE THE KING, THE LEGEND, OUR CAPTAIN
24.05.2014 ; 28.05.2016.

Re: El Matador - Sergio Ramos
okay chill out, ramos is not on the level of those guys, he has too much blockhead moments to get up there.....but damn it he did well today, as well as in lisbon. my thing is when its like when we praise him, we expect that he turns a new leaf, but i bet he'll get a bonehead card next season again lol...he's more like guti, when u don't expect it, they show up and show up big

Re: El Matador - Sergio Ramos
You gotta hand to him though, his leadership, presence and grit are unparalleled. I have many problems with him, but I'm extremely grateful to him for what he did tonight and in Lisbon.
Thank you Sergio, we wouldn't have won these two CLs without you.

Imagine if he had half of the focus and determination that he has in approaching offensive aerial balls, when performing his defensive duties. I wonder if Maldini has been following the career of the kid he once proclaimed to be his successor

This man has raised the bar so high for future captains and CBs of this club. What a legend.

Re: El Matador - Sergio Ramos
I genuinly believe the reason he got sent off last weekend was because he pissed the referee off with his antics. He shouldn't have gotten mad at Modric for stopping the play, especially when Zidane told Sergio before to stop the play. The referee was waiting for Sergio to make the tiniest mistake to send him off.
Sergio got a quite big head tbh, Modric did the right thing. We showed class when the opponents didn't. Zidane wanted it that way too.

Re: El Matador - Sergio Ramos
His time at Madrid has come to an end. But he is one of those players who thinks too highly of himself to know it.
Reports today that he kicked a ball angrily at Reguillon. Twice. This is the club captain reacting like a child to a youth player.
This is not a captain.
His performances for both club and country have been terrible. Yet no one in the media criticizes him. He is 32 years old and he isn't getting that defensers wisdom you'd expect to come around that age.
Time to say goodbye Sergio.

Re: El Matador - Sergio Ramos
He is a great leader and a player with character, of which there aren't many around nowadays. Too many pussies in the game. Appreciate him because he won't be around for much longer.

Re: El Matador - Sergio Ramos
So before we sign a deal with Conte Ramos basically threatens him.
and when Casemiro said the players are to blame Ramos calls him an opportunist.
instead of talking Ramos better start to play better or he'll be out.

Re: El Matador - Sergio Ramos
Yeah Ramos has too much power now, like every Madrid captain who has led the club to success.
However it's also important to listen to him because he is the leader of the team and the feedback he probably had on Conte from Morata, Costa and Courtois must be really poor.
Mourinho did blow up the team with his antics so it's a factor to be mindful of.

Adios Capitan
16 years at Real Madrid
Amazing.
The memories he has given the fans. Unforgettable.
His 93rd minute goal against Atletico Madrid made him a God.
Captain forever. Legend.

Re: El Matador - Sergio Ramos
Oh ffs, could he just not accept the one year deal
Anyways adios capitan
One of our greatest players in RM history and the best CB in history.
This one hurts more than when we lost Ronaldo because Ramos bleeds madridista blood
No player will replicate his captain qualities
He deserves to have a farewell in a packed Bernaneu

had many blockhead moments and ended up turning into mr clutch, on defense and offense. amazing skipper for us, totally understandable decision, the man had to move on at some point.
