Returnal does look pretty slick. Waiting for a steep sale or for it to come to PS+ though.

From what I've seen people are hyped because reliable leakers have said its gonna happen.

Also Ghostwire Tokyo looks like my type of game.

Forspoken does look fun.



I'm a bit more sceptical about Tokyo Ghostwriter. The gameplay looks cool and all, but the trailer really doesn't show much of the world and the story.




In the closer future, there's Judgement 2 (Lost Judgement) being released near the end of this month, which I'm really looking forward to.

I just like the Atmosphere of the game, premise of what they did show seems cool.

Went to the local fnac to get something and they had a ps5 bundle in stock and quickly selling out.

Got one with an extra controller, ratchet, and returnal

even by the usual standards, that state of play was insultingly poor

someone said it should have been a blog post ffs

Started Returnal and was sucked in for hours. Amazing first impression.

In a way it feels like sci-fi Demons Souls with a proper character story.

This feels really next gen

Many hours later this first impression lasts.

Returnal is probably my GOTY. Amazing all around, a very tight package, fantastic gameplay, top visuals, atmosphere and suspense, design, its all there.

I just got the last boss so I havent seen the ending yet, but up to this point its an excellent game.

Recommended for everyone with a PS5.

Got my PS5 at the end of July last year or around there

PS5 controller already fucked with stick drift smh

new controllers cost like £50 too, dumb af, especially since I barely played the damn thing

You were right. I've only been playing it for 2 hours or so, but Returnal has been a great game so far. Also, I bet there's no point in telling you this now, but for everyone else who have yet to play the game, you can save by pressing pause and then "suspend" - which is the game's save feature.

I subscribed to the new PS+ Elite, which gives you access to Sony's game catalogue that has Spiderman: Miles Morales, Returnal, Demon Souls.. and a lot of other games that are mostly older releases or more niche titles.

Yeah, i’ve seen more people get it on ps extra and loving it. I’ll def replay it at some point.

Control is also another sleeper hit on ps extra.

Which version of PS+ you guys have ?

From what i understand EXTRA would give me access to hundreds of games (do you keep them forever ?) while PREMIUM is really for hardcore gamers ??

I have Extra right now, but only for another 2 months. Once you've played the games in the catalogue that you're interested in, there's really no point in being subscribed to extra any longer. It just gives you temporary access to a catalogue of games that has some newer, AAA titles, quite a few older AAA titles, and a shit ton of old school/indie/obscure games.

From what I understand, Premium just includes the games that are available through PS NOW, which is a very similar catalogue to what you get through Extra. I suppose, one benefit of PS Now is that you can stream a lot of the games instead of having to download them, which saves you the hassle of having to delete games on the hard drive if you're running low on space. I don't know what else you get from Premium. Seems to just be Extra+PS Now.
