Well that's not the point in M&B, the amazing gameplay is. The mass forrest battle looks amazing in the vid. It's not one of these scripted paper npc battles, that AAA-studios like to con console peasants, but every npc's has his own AI and dynamic.

It's incredibly fun.

It has some DC issues, i got DC'ed from the Stronghold but before that i really enjoyed what i played.

If EA's name wasn't behind it i would be pre ordering right now, that's how much i enjoyed it.

My only hesitation is EA are cunts, so it's a wait and see for now.

Anthem's gameplay definitely does look fun, and it has done so ever since they revealed the game. I'm just really sceptical about the actual content. Not that it matters, since I won't be getting the game.

Tbh I wasn't looking to buy this game and I can wait 1 year for a discounted version on Steam. For everything else that is not on Steam, there is another way to...um...own it Rolling Eyes

There could be two positives outcomes from all of this though:

1- Valve finally waking up and reducing their cut from the games to compete with Epic;
2- Publishers realising this platform exclusivity will hurt their sales and refrain from such practices in the future.

This is really sad because the devs are clearly not to blame for this but the publisher.

Based on their first two games i really doubt it was their decision tbh.

Also the Metro games are really fucking good and the new one looks like it could be their Witcher 3 (as in first two being really good but this makes them a mainstream hit)

I can't wait to play it but seeing as i play on console this doesn't effect me in the slightest but it's still very sad, this should have been the game where people praise it the way it deserves to be but sadly i expect that won't happen now.

watched some DMC5 footage, looks fun, never played the OG's, but that's my next purchase, along with Sekiro

Surprised you haven't played metro. They are quite cheap on psn or even any store. Get if you want and rush through. Short games. Worth it.

Don't get your hopes up mate. They announced it like 2 years ago and nobody has heard anything since then. Probably a canned project.
