For those who don't know they do behind the scenes mini doc's.
Should be really interesting at least.

Creating the World of The Witcher 3 - Friday, October 6th
- How level design, environmental design, and living world design combine to create the world of Wild Hunt.
The Quests of Wild Hunt - Monday, October 9nd
- Detailing the design of W3's most memorable quests and the many quests that changed during development.
Found in Translation - Wednesday, October 11th
- Localisation & adaptation departments detail the incredible work that goes into making The Witcher multi-lingual.
The Devil's in the Details - Friday, October 13th
- How elements like music, cinematic design, combat and more, combine to create a believable universe

Not to discredit the amazing work they put in TW3, they're almost one of the most horrible gaming companies to work in

I have read this before but I would take that with a giant pinch of salt.
Mainly because there's like 30 reviews compared to Ubisoft or EA's 300+ and Glass Door reviews should be taken with a pinch of salt.
With that said it's a video game company, the likelihood of them having bad working conditions like all of them seem to do is probably very likely.
Pretty much all of them have massive issues with "crunch" and I worry about the health of these people tbh.

The EAs and Activisions of Glassdoor.com pay people to go on that website and make positive reviews of everything they do. Only a few years ago, both EA and Activision had overwhelmingly negative reviews on that site. I'm pretty sure I made a couple of posts about it in the general games thread. Some of the Activision employees who wrote reviews, even pointed out that some of the positive reviews that existed then, were written by people who clearly hadn't actually worked at the company.

Mole has delivered
The video clearly is for the more trained eye though did give an insightful look into the subtle but effective changes made. I downloaded the patch and noted a more smooth somewhat sharper experience even if not noticeable right away, which serves to only enhance a game with the rich colours and variation as this one.
By now anyone who's in between thinking of switching to Pro. Do it now. Its clear games will build around it.

Re: Witcher 3-Part 3 ( Expansion Edition)
Yeah i don't understand most of what they explained on a deeper level
But i thought it made help explain what went into the patch as Digital Foundry are great at this stuff.
But even i know i noticed some very obvious difference on Youtube which obviously doesn't look as good as a 40 inch( or more) screen would.
As for the PS4 Pro my stance has been i'm waiting for a game that actually makes me want it, there's a very, very good chance that Red Dead Redemption 2 is that game but i'll likely use it to replay games like Witcher 3 with better visuals as well.

Just loaded up a save from when I last played.
On a boat in the middle of nowhere with nothing but the white shorts on and there's no armor in my inventory....

Life of replaying an RPG save file. No idea where you are and what the f you really were doing and going to do.

How's Overwatch and FIFA treating you these days, Firenze? Any new updates to OW?

Re: Witcher 3-Part 3 ( Expansion Edition)
No, AC: Origins and real life.
But surprisingly I couldn't get my teeth in it the way most of you guys did. I enjoyed it every time I played it, but generally felt it tired me out after a short while. I'm really not into RPGs and, being OCD at the same time, the combination of inventory management and complicated talent/crafting/potion system were extremely overwhelming for me at the start. The more I played the better it got, of course, and I loved the combat too (despite it not really being optimised for keyboard and mouse imho).
But generally I prefer easy to learn hard to master games. I find games like Overwatch are way more inviting than Witcher.

That's incredible... Does it ever get boring for you?
On a side note, I was wondering by what percentage do places of power strenghten the signs? Is this information available at all? I can't seem to find it anywhere and the game doesn't tell me either.

Re: Witcher 3-Part 3 ( Expansion Edition)
It depends on your build. If your build is sign-heavy then the buff is far more affecting. If your build is swordplay then it doesn't affect you as much.
Usually it varies from 10% to 100%
