2017/18 Champions League R16 draw

Most groups are defined by now, a look at the winners and runner ups (bolded teams are likely to be the one that gets that spot):

Runner ups:
Basel/CSKA
Bayern
Juventus/Sporting
Chelsea/Roma
Sevilla/Liverpool/Spartak
Porto/RBL
Shaktar/Napoli
Madrid

Seems like there is no real difference between pots. Should result in strong R16 ties.

A notable is that if Chelsea end up 2nd (if they don't beat Atletico) they will only be able to face PSG, Barca and Besiktas.

I can see PSG dabbing 7-1 on Roma

Pep to get Porto, draw away, win home, get hailed as a master tactician for switching it up

Pool will get nowhere with that defence of theirs, luckily there's a chance they draw Real, with that, their attack, so it cancels out

Juve will come to Besiktas and Higuain will score 1 goal and you will never hear the end of it

Have to say that I take offense here. As if GL wouldn't be able to know this very unequivocally.

Madrid either getting the hardest possible draw (City) or the easiest (Bayern). No in-betweens. Hopefully, UEFAFigo gives us a pull out.

Why have you highlighted Roma as a group winner ? Chelsea are in a better position to top their group than Roma

Qarabag are an automatic win. Atletico are much tougher, a draw or loss sends Chelsea second.

I expect Chelsea to beat Atlético and we're 100% drawing an EPL team this year (provided we make it)

Hopefully we get those 6th place posers. Finish this feud once and for all ffs

I've been scarred too many times with Atletico. I expect them to make it as hard as possible for Chelsea. It's a blessing that they will be out.

It's basically EPL, Besiktas or PSG for us. Should be easy enough except PSG and maybe City.

the odds of both teams being eliminated in the first round seem high atm

Uefadrid will take either Besiktas or Liverpool with their awful defense. Slightly torn who Perez thinks is easier? Anyway pretty easy way to almost quadruble your villages.
