The Watford goal followed a clear foul on Dier in the midfield that wasn't called. All in all, the game was reffed pretty even. If you'd have watched the game, you would have seen this.

It should have been a penalty, but then, Spurs should have had a foul that would have exempted Watford's first goal. Choose your battle.
