Montella going prime Allegri with his selections.

@es why are players like Calhanoglu and Andre Silva on the bench in place of Montoleader and Borini?

@interman that's far from true. Roma and Napoli broke their individual points record last season, Juve is just better. Also, this is the most competitive Serie a in 10 years so I'm not sure your comments are best suited to this season.

I am not Italian nor have any interest in Italian football or clubs. Just an outsider perspective. Italian competition is dead. No wonder, Juve can't crack it in Europe lol.

Yep , there is same problem than Bundesliga

Actually the is worse than bundesliga. at least there is a strong Dortmund team, and a German UCL final proved it. Since the 2007s Italian league has been less competitive. Even when Inter dominated it was basically a one team league. when the strongest ''contenders'' are teams like Roma, Napoli etc. you know the competition is a joke. These teams used to be top 6 at best at the peak levels of Italian football.

it's a blessing in disguise they don't play in UCL. if Lazio can do that, what would Madrid to do them? (considering they dismantled Juve 4-0)

I am not Italian nor have any interest in Italian football or clubs. Just an outsider perspective. Italian competition is dead. No wonder, Juve can't crack it in Europe lol. The value/prestige of a trophy is only as high as the amount of competition/rivalry. Juve win easy beasy micky mouse league, and they think they can stand a chance the best in Europe. lol

For the past 3 years the Champions League finalists have been either Juventus (twice) or Spanish clubs. What does that say about the EPL or the Bundesliga? Your powers of observation are suspect, pal.

That German UCL final was 5 years ago, and since then Juve have been in the final twice. Bundesliga as a whole right now is at its worst in over a decade tbh.

And Serie A is arguably at its best point since pre-calciopoli.

Napoli and Roma broke their points record last season, Juventus is still very much in their current golden age of success. Inter finally has a proper manager. Milan invested. Lazio is even quite good. On top of that, the fourth CL spot is back. It's a great time for Serie A. Of all the seasons to criticize the league, for quality or competition, this one isn't it.
