I, too, am a big fan of Marchionnes

Pjanic loses his head at times. SMS will not help with the passing but is surely an upgrade to both Matuidi and Khedira in any and every department

Bentancur is one of our better passers in the midfield. He's very composed on the ball and has already shown a great range

Pjanic's best days were never as a regista. He did reasonably well today, and maybe it just speaks to how good Napoli's pressing really is. Allan is a player that would be perfect at Juventus, but it would never happen I suppose. Either Jorginho or Allan would be the type of midfielder I would love for Juventus to have right now

We have a rich man's Jorginho in Marchioness. Agreed about Allan.

Bring back Spinazzola, sell Alex Sandro to Chelsea for unreasonable price, and enjoy SMS for free What a Face

Chiellini should never attempt any long pass ever. Nearly had a great playmaker assist on Insigne's goal (saved by that finished dude Buffon).

Marchioness is the Prince that was promised. Better than anyone else we have. Benatia went from hilariously bad to looking WC. If he keeps it up he should continue to start.

I agree with @Warrior's plan if it brings us Sergej. He isbgetting very very expensive.

Is Can worth it? When I see him with Germany he looks Good, with Liverpool he looks bad. I don't know if it's worth it over bringing Mandragora back.

I've got unlimited SMS for free. Everyone has. Don't see why you would have to wait until summer for that.

Can on a free is most likely worth it but it depends on other departures in the midfield. He can be quite good at times from what I've seen but inconsistent. I like the upside and signing him for free is a move that's always going to be low risk

I was excited about getting him but lately he doesn't seem that good. Maybe he just needs to change teams.

If he comes I kind of expect Khedira to go.

Marchioness, Pjanic, Matuidi, Bentancur, Can, Sergej is a lot.

Then we need to play a mid 3 consistently to make that worth it. Probably Cuadrado or Mandzukic would have to go too.

I'd say if we do sign Can, I wouldn't expect us to also sign Sergej, but this is just a gut feeling. They have different profiles but they're both that kind of all action midfielder that does a bit of everything but I rate Sergej much higher

Agreed, we can only hope that if thats the case then we have extra money to drop on a midfielder with a different profile perhaps and again that is just my gut feeling. We could easily end up with both, or just Sergej, or neither hmm

Too early to think about this. I'm still feeling the euphoria from last night's game, what a damn match, away to Napoli

Emre Can't Laughing He's even shit at Liverpool, hobo's Khedira at best.

The more i think of it, we don't need much movements next summer. Especially if MDS continues to improve, our loanees have decent season and Chiellini keeps his recent form. Which all 3 criterias look possible right now.

- Sergej Milinkovic-Savic
- a 2nd keeper

And that's about it Laughing if we sell Dybala it's another story but not a drama...

We definitely need movement next summer. In fact, we already have two guaranteed moves in and three out:

-Spinazzola/Caldara in
-Lichsteiner, Barzagli, Buffon out

Then, it depends how the rest of this season goes and what the summer market looks like. I expect Asamoah to go, assuming Sandro re-claims his spot this season- both could possibly go. It's just too early to think of next season beyond the moves I highlighted above which are certainties [barring something crazy]

Spinazzola, Caldara, Mandragora and even Lirola... all players we already own, i expect them to be in Turin next year. But i don't count them as "movements"

From the exterior, only SMS in place of Khedira sould suffice, if we don't lose more major elements of the squad.

A: Higuain, Mandzukic
T: Dybala
W: Bernardeschi, Douglas, Cuadrado
M: Marchisio, Pjanic, SERGEJ MILINKOVIC SAVIC, Mandragora, Bentancur, Sesar, Matuidi
F: Sandro, Spinazzola, De Sciglio, Lirola
D: Chiellini, Rugani, Caldara, Benatia, Howedes
G: Sczezny, ??

if we do this and don't sell Sandro or Dybala, our transition will be complete in my opinion

Fair point, but they'll be as new signings

More so the exits, Lichsteiner, Barzagli and Buffon represent three big personalities to the club and this stretch of success we've had. It's going to be a very different looking Juventus.

I would not be surprised if a few more players leave

Also, no guarantees about Howedes. He's now re-injured until the new year. Its looking more and more unlikely that we sign him on a permanent basis, having played 65 minutes with Juventus so far

Buffon Sad
Barzagli Sad
Licht Sad
Asamoah Sad
Khedira Very Happy
Sturaro banana

...all gone next year i think
Howedes is a great insurance policy, his future at the club will depend on how the second half of the season goes down, aka the most crucial part.

Sturaro will stay, the hate that the guy gets is not fair...He is always leaving his heart on the field, never argues for being on the bench. We need players like that, plus he can play anywhere...

Can is a monster player we need him, you are very very wrong about him..

It doesn't even matter if Sturaro stays or goes. He doesn't play anymore, the team got better and there's too many midfielders ahead of him. The days of him and Lemina are over cheers

Mnadzukic seems to be the only doubt for Olympiakos, everyone else recovered. Higuain and Dybala are confirmed. I'm guessing Costa will be rewarded with another start.

By all logic Bernardeschi should play against Olympiakos and Douglas will be rewarded as Derby starter hmm

Still hard to rate D. Costa, too many up and downs for me to say he was a good piece of business. But he deserves credit for his last games, definitely.

@Devi, i ask for feedback to Liverpool fans. I am sincere in my words about Emre Can and i am not trolling. For me the only positive would be the FREE transfer cost.

Sturaro is a sure goner, you can find untalented grinta players on every corner. He underperforms at every position.

What Douglas Costa did against Napoli is quite memorable. Allegri even had him defending and defending quite well. To be fair though, he had De Sciglio as his fullback and I'm not exaggerating or trolling when I say, he was immense too

Right now, Higuain, Dybala and Douglas are the best front 3 we can field and its not even close.

Olympiakos is a must win match, if we bottle it, it'll be a bad, bad day for us. If Bernardeschi is fit then I'm going with a 4-2-3-1 and trying to win the game in the first 30 minutes. I can't see them attacking us but I've been wrong before

No Cuadrado for Olympiakos? He is ahead of Costa. The only reason he didn't start vs Napoli is because he wasn't fit.

De Sciglio is getting better and better. Seems like we found our formation and our play.

I like how when we defend its 4411 and when we attack 4321/433 when needed. We did almost the same thing back in 2015 and we reached the final. Back then we played 4312 that was 4411 in defense.

I'm sorry to say but there is no way we can beat Inter this weekend. We already played Napoli and will waste lots of energy vs Olympiakos while they had 1 week rest and some of their players even two weeks to rest.
A draw would be great at this point but Inter is hungry and quite deadly on the counter.I just can't imagine Icardi not scoring against us.
We can only hope our team spirit doesn't collapse after this...

Im more sure of beating Inter than I am of Olympiakos or was of Napoli. I think we'll win both upcoming games. Its in Turin, we lose like 1 game every 2 seasons at home.

I expect Icardi will score on us as usual.

4 clean sheets in a row including Barca and Napoli away, CL KO qualification and closed the gap in A. Its been a good 2 weeks. I think the team is finally settled mentally, we should beat Inter at home.

Oddly Dybala and Sandro are the only ones out of form.

Pjanic is in between imo, not great not poor. Khedira a bit better.

Marchisio, Chiellini, Benatia, Barzagli, Costa, Cuadrado, Higuain, De Sciglio and Asamoah are all looking good.
