We should sell Higuain now that he still has some value. His decline is getting more and more obvious. He's getting slow and loses too many balls plus he's not a player who will do anything on the counter attacks.
Like I said we should replace him with a more pacy attacker or even just turn Dybala into a CF.
Costa-Dybala-Bernardeschi will work better than any attacking lineup we can field.
If any offer around (50-60m) comes for Higuain we should sell him right away and replace him (Morata,Martial,Lacazette,Aubameyang just to name a few would be reachable wuth that money)
Next buy SMS or someone similar and there you have a pretty good team.
Douglas Costa - Dybala/Morata - Bernardeschi/Dybala
....................Milinkovic-Savic........E.Can
.....................................Pjanic
Sandro/NEW LB....Chiellini.....Benatia......Cuadrado
....................................Szczesny
Considering we'll bring Caldara and Spinazzola and maybe someone else for depth that is a excellent team.
We should send the glass man Howedes back and make Barza as 5th choice CB.
A 2nd keeper in case Buffon retires.Hopefully not cuz with this team we'll get the CHL in first try

I absolutely don't rate Higuain at this point
He's so sloppy it's unreal. Declined hard.
Having said that, if we can't bag at least 40M then i'd rather keep him in the hopes he picks himself back up for a season or 2.

I rate Higuain still but I see everyone's point also, he's looked shit too often this season
I think not having anyone to rotate him with is hurting us, he's playing all 50 games per season if he's fit and 90 minutes in each of those games
I think a more glaring concern is he has no aerial presence, which will sometimes force us to play Mandzukic or make even someone like Khedira that much more necessary in our line up

Would rather Dybala #9 and spend elsewhere tbh

The amount of times that Allegri said that that is not happening make me believe him.

We don't really have the midfield to play a style like Napoli does which would be a similar system we would need to utilize Dybala in this role. It may be fine for most Serie A matches but you need more firepower in the CL. Imagine not having Higuain in this season's CL, we wouldn't have made it out of the group stage
I feel we just have squad composition issues
-Dybala #10, what formation and with whom
-Bernardeschi, Douglas, Cuadrado as more or less out and out wingers
-Higuain a #9 who cannot head a ball
-Mandzukic, a #9 who has much less technique than Higuain, scores less goals but has a great physical presence, also a #9 who plays more as a winger for our club
It's always going to be a bit disjointed as this season has shown us. It's difficult to accommodate everyone but the bigger problem, it's difficult to utilize everyone's strengths at once
That's why I'm impartial to the Higuain/Dybala sale train, seems a natural progression

What was i saying about Higuain... However, i wouldn't modify the attack unless we have extra money.
Higuain must remain 1 more season as we know he'll score around 20 goals next year no matter what. As back-up let's play Strikezukic or Quagliarella or Zaza, i don't frankly care as long as someone can rotate with Higuain and give the sloppy guy some rest.
Bernardeschi, Dybala, Douglas Costa, Cuadrado are excellent surroundings no need to touch that. Summer 2019 i'd go for Simeone's son Giovanni to replace Golzalo, he's damn good.

Tuttojuve's latest from the press conference for the coppa final:
Still a doubt at LB. Asamoah so far is preferred to Sandro as with the first one it can shift to a kind of 3-5-2 as well.
Higuain
Costa - Dybala
Matuidi - Pjanic - Khedira
Asamoah - Benatia - Barzagli - Cuadrado
Buffon
Costa - Dybala
Matuidi - Pjanic - Khedira
Asamoah - Benatia - Barzagli - Cuadrado
Buffon

Is that the "4-3-3 christmas tree" we're using ?
With that formation against Milan we probably win. On paper. Pjanic will show up i'm sure, Dybala usually shows up for those games. Costa is on fire !!
The problem is the defense:
- Benatia back to his average self
- Barzagli finished
- Buffon somewhere in the limbo
- Cuadrado average defender
- Khedira finished and does not defend
Leaves us with Pjanic doing all the job in front of a struggling defense. Thankfully upfront the grass is much greener.
My official prediction is: the match will go in overtime

Allegri:
Higuain & Dybala play.
"Mandzukic is useless of the bench, so either he starts or he doesn't play"
Expected 11 vs Roma:
Szczesny; Sandro, Rugani, Benatia, Lichtsteiner; Matuidi, Pjanic, Khedira; Costa, Dybala; Higuain

Boy was i wrong about that Coppa final, i underestimate how crap this Milang team is
Let's be honest, tomorrow is probably the last Juve match i'll see this season. And most probably the last time i'll watch Buffon and Licht in a Juve jersey
Mixed feelings about this squad. But now i want to end this with style and have a good memory of it. Let's unleash all our attackers !! Bernardeschi please !!

Tomorrow is your last chance to wave goodbye at the new ambassador of QSG, Gianluigi Buffon #1
Hope we win 6-5
...and let's celebrate the SCUDETTO !!
in 2015-2016, we made HI5TORY
Last year, this Juventus era became LE6ENDARY
and now, one title later, this team evolved into a MY7H

One of the most insane seasons of the 7, surely
So many highs and lows, on and off field drama, key players leaving at its conclusion
We were made to look human on a handful of occasions in Serie A, I almost forgot what that's like because of how dominant we've been in this period

A loss vs MLS all "stars" would be embarassing.
I don't care which results for the other games, summer misform will be a valid excuse

Ronaldo is expected to resume his holiday before linking up with his new teammates at the end of the month, bypassing Turin and flying straight to the United States to participate in the International Champions Cup.
Ronaldo is likely to miss friendlies with Bayern Munich in Philadelphia and Benfica in Harrison, New Jersey, and his status remains uncertain for Juventus' game against the MLS All-Stars in Atlanta on Aug. 1, but he should arrive in time to face Madrid outside Washington on Aug. 5.
