Can someone explain this one to me? I feel a bit dumb for asking, but is there something wrong with either Bailly or Smalling?

I can't explain anything regarding transfers and Man United. I just enjoy football as much as it is possible.

know nothing about him, figured it was just Portuguese league linking us with someone every summer to increase the value like Gaitan lol. Hope he's solid.
