78 longshots is disappointing, agility and dribbling as well. Not worth it, what Firenze says is true. In-form cards like this will feel sluggish from my experience.

He should have 4 in-forms by now and be in serious contention for the Ballon D'or with the way he's playing. He has 14 goals and 6 assists in Serie A, absolute monster.

I packed Thiago from Bayern last night from squad battle rewards, sitting on just over 100k.

I'm going to wait for a new Immobile IF or better yet, possibly a Belotti IF now that he's back

They don't often give out multiple IF's this early, I think there is only about 2 SIF's atm.

If Immobile gets a SIF, I'm going to buy it, I need a new CF to go with my Scream Perisic.

I am waiting for a Kramaric/Werner IF at CF.

I think Kimmich has two, not sure who else. I know its early but his for has been that good, for me it wouldn't be unreasonable. He scored a brace against Juve and got his first one, a couple weeks before he put three past Milan and didn't receive an IF

Some guy called Slorth or something has another, only two I can think of.

Anyway, my money is on an Immobile SIF this week.

I'm thinking we could see an Higuain IF, he scored a very good brace against Milan

I imagine he'll be expensive, but his normal card is only about 70k

I'm trying to sell my IF El Sharaawy right now at a small profit, I imagine he could get another IF due to his brace today and phenomenal goal on the weekend. He's been one of my favourite cards so its better sweet.

My favourite player has been Papu Gomez, what an awesome card this FIFA.

I picked up Belotti, he's a monster, he's so damn strong.

Trying to decide between 89 Shearer or 91 Van Basten, I have a bunch of untradable serie a players so I'm thinking of building a serie A squad with an icon and Higgy up top.

Me neither, I would love to though. I'll settle for the kind of IFs that aren't that expensive because people don't like them

It's worth it though because when the Prime SBCs come out, you'll likely need an icon of some sort, like you did for the Del Piero one, so you'll get your coins back always, if not profit

I would look at Allan from Napoli, absolutely unreal card. Jorginho is pretty good too.

Replace El Sharaawy with Immobile though. I sold him just to see if I can maybe pick up a different IF when the team of the week is released

Untradables are" Lich, Bonucci, Pjanic, Perisic, Lukaku, + the bench options Promes, Zuber, Verratti, and Benatia. (All from two player packs )

Yours looks pretty sweet. Pjanic has always been amazing for me.

I haven't tried Allan yet but if I can't afford Marchisio, he'll be one I look at. I've tried Jorhinho, he wasn't anything great.

I'm not sure about the lack of pace in my squad, so Gomez or even Mertens if I can afford him, could be swap with Higgy.

I haven't tried Mertens or Higuain but I love Gomez, so I would endorse that move for sure

Don't sleep on Belotti and Immobile, Belotti has a 5 star weak foot, I feel like in comparison with Higuain, you don't lose that much but you can pick them up for next to nothing.

I packed Marchisio, ended up selling him to improve my team and I don't regret it. He's quite good though. Parolo is also another good player, along with Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, for the central midfielder. My options are super cheap because I don't usually have many coins to work with but after testing a few different options, my midfield of Allan-Khedira-Pjanic does quite nicely

Thanks for the tips, I've not played with many serie a players so the tips help. I have a loan Higgy, so I'm going to test him out before I decide on whether or not to buy him. I just like players to 90+ finishing, makes it a lot easier to win games when they score all the half chances

Do you play squad battles, WL or divisions? I found squad battles is the best way to make money if you don't want to play 40 games in the WL.

I play squad battles somewhat exclusively. I can never get more than a 2 bar connection playing online which makes the experience very poor. Also, I'm not very good.

I am working on improving my connection, I'll be hardwiring my connection shortly which should improve matters.

I don't think I would have the patience for the 40 game WL, I enjoy watching twitch streams during that time, watching streamers rage/do very well is quite comforting

What do you get for squad battles? I can get Elite 1 when I play all games, but that isn't going to happen right now (far too busy).

I'm in the same boat in terms of online play, and wouldn't touch the WL unless I really want to destroy something I would rage so much, I think.

The weeks I've played consistently, Elite 3. That's been like one week, and where I'm at right now.

I think I could finish Elite 2.

I'm not very good, against the better teams I struggle. I'll play the worse ones on World Class and dominate. I finish like shit, getting better at defending. I find it challenging against some of these super teams with icons and super high rated players, with my squad that's worth less than 50k

Man, I wouldn't want to touch the WL, it ain't worth it. Loads of pay to win accounts and people resort to timewasting because they are that serious about it. Hell no. Watching streams of it is enjoyment enough and as close as I'll come

Elite 3 and 2 is very good.

I tend to play the 3 easiest games on Legendary and the fourth on world class, but the teams are getting harder, so it's getting harder and harder to get Elite 1.

They’ve been putting some amazing squads in squad battles.

I think if I finished better I could handle more games at higher difficulty or if I had a slightly better team to get a bit of an edge. Like I said, I’m not very good

So, I did it. Bought 91 Van Basten. My god, he isn't quick, but he scores anything! He banged a left footed goal in the top corner while under immense pressure. The ball sticks to his feet and he scores so much. So I'm very happy.

Unfortunately, I can't afford Marchisio, Khedira or Higgy yet but Gomez, Milinkovic-Savic and Jorginho are doing the job right now.
