Is MSN even an issue with Barcelona?

MSN are all very talented players and the problem with Barca doesn't lie with them. The problem right now is primarily that the midfield isn't good enough and the outside backs are both shite (and both of them are vital to Barca's success, Barca used to have Abidal/Alves on the wings, now its Alba and Sergi Roberto...). That and well, Enrique is not good enough either.

So, I'm not really sure what the problem is here. Just because they didn't win against Juventus wasn't on MSN, that's because Juventus is a better team.

We all saw how MSN by themselves bailed out the entirety of Barca after losing to a fairly average PSG team 4-0.

MSN was always a myth. Neymar does 300 dribbles into dead alleys and has no end product and Messi has the fight, hunger and workrate of a 85 year old granny. It has always been Suarez bailing them out, either with his clutch goals or his unselfish team play and work off the ball. And now that Messi is crowding the middle and destroying the shape of the team yet again, even Suarez has been Ibrahimovic'ed.

Only reason it worked the first season is because they played a lot on the counter attack which meant they could get chances without having to break a defence down.

You know what, I hope Barcelona finds MSN an issue and breaks it up. Ignore their glaring issues in midfield and full back positions and break up their trio because they scored zero goals against Jjuve.

With how they have played in 2017 yes.

Iniesta is old, Rakitic has always been overrated and Busquets can't cover 5 players by himself lol, it's not just the midfield 3 either tbh as CB pointed out it's the fullbacks are awful too.

These are the guys that can't support them? Don't get me wrong, yeah some stepped off the gas (mainly Iniesta), but its the attack that can't support themselves. 4 clear cut chances in that game, most of the blame to Neymar, but also Messi and Suarez were partially at fault.

Its clear there was a breakdown between them, the trio is at an all time low. But this is also their chance to get stronger, synergize better, work together. Remember when CR insulted Bale's mother, then was mad at Koko Benzie? Fast forward a year later and they won the CL. They need time to heal, just like Madrid's trio, CR dumped Irina and went on to help women in Vegas recover lost phones, Bale roided up, Benzema made a sex tape. Its all a teamwork exercise, absence makes the heart grow fonder.
