I never watch Smackdown but ppl are saying it makes sense because Ellsworth has a guaranteed title shot and already has 3 wins over AJ so it makes sense for him to want AJ to keep the title since he believes he has a better shot at winning

Storyline wise it definitely makes sense from that POV,  i have no issue with it personally but i understand completely why people would as most people don't like those types of endings.

Mainly because everything that happened before that was *bleep* amazing.

Ellsworth basically just came on talking smack and i'm paraphrasing.

" What a strategy that was, i have beated AJ 3 times and i believe i can beat him again when we face for the WWE championship".

So it all fits, his character is basically he's a bumbling idiot as a face and now he's a bumbling idiot as a heel lol.

Man I'll be pretty pissed if he isn't in the main event of Mania. He absolutely deserves it.

And loved the Ellsworth heel turn. The booking on smackdown has been consistently good. I'm loving this angle so far.

Don't know who else actually has it so might be irrelevant to the rest of you but the network just added a collection called Match of the Year 2016.

The cut off point for the collection seems to be No Mercy though sadly so matches like Revival vs DIY 2, Nakamura vs Joe 2, 5 v 5 mens, Miz vs Ziggler ladder match and AJ vs Ambrose TLC are not there.

Still a really good list though even though there's a few I wouldn't have tbh.
