As a neutral and direct rival, I'd love a draw TBH.

Worst midfield of all time.
Would make for some pretty entertaining matches though

I don't think that Man U can handle Liverpool with only 2 midfielders. Liverpool is just going to pressure and flood that area... Only Pogba can really hold the ball, dribble and break pressure in the middle of the park. Fellaini really can't and Herrera can't.
Not set up well for Man U in this game... or any game where the opposition targets the middle of the park.

Wrong. Sure he lacks physique and if the incoming tackler is strong and wily enough he can steal from him, but the thing about herrera is he is composed under pressure (Inb4 he concedes possession today cheaply resulting in them scoring ) Anyway his hold up play is only average but generally his composure is top notch. Thats why I said he's going to be crucial this match if we have any chance of getting something.
But all that will come into effect only if we play a real 3 man midfield. If Jose starts a midfield 2 of him and Pogba then its going to be a long night for us United fans. Need either Blind, or Carrick or Schneiderlin or heck even Lingard in a 3 man mf alongside the 2.

Reports indicate Rooney is back in midfield for United. No idea who has been dropped for him though

I think Draw is a lot more worse for United than for Liverpool. Specially considering they will be 5 points behind City.

No way, Looking at the attitudes of everybody involved, United fans would accept a draw more than Liverpool fans.
A draw is more depreciating for Liverpool at this moment, Everything points to us absolutely wiping them with the floor but we won't because we are Liverpool FC and we suck.

In recent history Man U tends to win and they do have the deeper squad and IMO. better players. But if Manager head to head means anything, Klopp and Liverpool will win 4-0.

Considering their performances with Rooney i don't blame him tbh.
The result is confirmed before it starts.

Maybe Mourinho thought the only fair thing to do to offset the handicap of Moreno was to play Rooney in midfield?

Moreno is great tbh, this blaming should stop imo.
Wouldn't be surprised if he plays and puts in a MOTM performance.

It's better than that tbh, less chance of overhyped players like Ronaldo and Messi and the shine on legitimate great players like Henderson and Bailly.

it's certainly bigger than the sorry excuse of CL final we saw last season.
