I think it's just personal preference, but as far as I'm concerned, English commentators are the best. English as a language, at least in my opinion, falls agreeably upon the ears and it has a badass pronunciation.

Add to that a commentator with a great radio voice and you're all set.

I have heard commentators from different countries pronounce words like "Real Madrid" and "Dortmund" in their native languages, and I thought they sounded alright. Then I heard the same words being pronounced in English and I basically had goosebumps.

Biggest Liverpool/United fixture in the league since 2008/09 at Old Trafford when the two teams were the main favorites for the title.
