Sakho, Lovren (who wasn't cheap and absolutely SUCKS for 95% of the season) Klavan etc etc
Henderson is shit, never proven anything in his career, unlike proven quality Pogbito who is adjusting to a new role

ppl still rating Herrera
it's been 3 years and he's had about 2 decent performances, sure he has never had a solid run in the team but when given his opportunities he has never impressed.

At the start of the season i would have said this.
Although Rashford's development throws a wrench in the forward set up some what.
De Gea
Darmian Smalling Bailly Shaw
Schneiderlin
Herrera Pogba
Mata/Mkhitaryan(don't really care which) Ibra Martial

Probably because he's never been given opportunities, besides when i have seen him i have. He's the only one in your squad who actually controls the pace of the football match and sets up team mates.

Rashford has surpassed him. Martial has regressed under Mourinho. When Rashford plays, he genuinely looks like the only player who can do something. Martial plays like Eto'o at Inter.

Diamond is probably the best fit for the players they have, although i have hardly seen a diamond implemented properly in the league for a long period of time.

This^^
Schneiderlin and Herrera can rotate and likewise Carrick, Blind and Basti can rotate.
Martial will get into our best 11 too. Once he gets back to his stride he's one helluva player. Right now tho like Pog he's struggling for confidence.

Maybe try doing something that is within your control, like setting up a team where 5 players aren't playing out of position and your only strategy is to give the ball to grandpa upfront and hope he sets up his own goal.

Come on now, as much as it sucked for Juve back then, Eto'o was a huge success for Inter. He did everything Mou wanted to the letter. On both ends. He got 22 and 43 goals+assists respectively in the 2 seasons while putting that shift defending the wing.
Martial has been playing nothing like him.

No one is denying Eto'o wasn't great at Inter, but Martial's role under Mourinho is solely to defend the wing while offence not being a priority. Eto'o was the master so it wasn't hard for him to get the goals but for someone as new as Martial, he can't do both. So as a result he is in a limbo.

Lol have you like skipped the entire first season of his with us ? Aye last season he delivered only like 2 times. But that was had more to do with LvG totally clipping his wings. He transformed a forward thinking player to a scared and passive backward passing player.
Put the lad under a quality manager like Pep and you will see how good he can be. > Fernandinho actually.
This season btw, he is been slowly getting to his old self.
