Not gonna lie, this lineup made me realize just how much of a rejuvenation we need in defense. We need a younger RB asap.

As for Evra i think he's gone, i admire him very much and he provided some good services for Juve, still this is probably the best of both worlds for him and for us.

He played like what 6 games so far this season ? Most of them as a LCB because he just doesn't have the stamina anymore, the guy clearly has no fuel left in the tank. So we'll replace him with Asamoah who, despite being an atrocious CM, will be a decent back-up player on the left side. The Ghanaian ditched the AFCON to secure his future with Juve and i think the coach respects that a lot.

No its a 4-3-1-2 with Pjanić behind Dybala-Higuaín frontline. About  time we played all three together.  



Would like to see Pjaca in the 2nd half with Allegri switching to 4-3-3.

I have to say this..Asamoa as left back is amazing, far better than CM. Sturaro had a great game but imo he needs to limit the attacking I love how strong he is, how he tackles and brings that grinta in midfield but

Rincon I want to see more from him, seems like a guy who knows that to do with the ball.

Asamoah may have a chance as LB. He did good this match and maybe Allegri should use him just as Conte did. It can't be the position only but playing deeper he may have it easier and finally gain some confidence. Afterall he's better than Evra as a backup.

If you see Sturaro's passing accuracy is worse than a old-style prima punta attacker.
Beside his energy and grinta he's pretty shit. When we dominate the play he won't have much pressure but against better teams he will make you wanna hit your TV

Sturaro has great energy and a very good tackler but his technique and passing lets him down way too much to be considered seriously as a regular starter. If he is just deployed in a role to recover balls or make tackles , then fair enough but he plays in a more advanced position and it's an absolute farcry from the standards we had set in midfield with Pogba and Vidal as far as box to box midfielders go. A passing accuracy of 63% is not good enough for a club like Juventus.

He's got to improve on a technical level if he ever has to make it big here.

Also that last 10 minutes from Rincon was very encouraging and is exactly what I expect from a near Juventus standard B2B player. Hope he gets to start soon.

I hope Rincon starts vs Atalanta on Wednesday. Its still really early since he doesn't even have a week with Juve but we'll see.

I'm thinking Cuadrado, Mandzukic, Rincon, Rugani to get good playing time. Hopefully Pjaca but I have no clue what kind of shape he is in.

Lichtsteiner suspended against Fiorentina. We will probably go back to a back 3 with Barzagli Chiellini and Rugani.

some points:

Not to expect a big change for tomorrow as the looks to win and Atalanta is a great team.

Evra continues to stay at home so he can decide and Asamoah will start again. Chiellini is suspended, Bonucci may make it to the bench, the mid will get rotated.

Dybala needs to play. Pjaca after such a long injury will play 1 half, either one.

Rincon may start. Things in the mid are uncertain because this morning Sturaro was kind of sick so its unknown who will be available.

Mandzukic or Higuain is to be seen, he has complete trust in both.

Litch will start.

To play with a TQ or wingers is not yet decided so its not certain whether Cuadrado will start. In any case Pjaca can fit both modules as a LW or as a second TQ (christmas tree).

Pretty much the only thing confirmed is Neto, Asamoah, Rugani, Barzagli, Licht, Dybala starting with Rincon and Pjaca playing at least some part.

Should be good enough for tomorrow, priority is still Fio on Sunday

According to GdS, Allegri will play Cuadrado-Mandzukic-Pjaca trident vs. Atalanta in the Coppa Italia tomorrow. Neto, Asamoah and Rincon to start as well.
