With Berlu, don't count your chickens until they hatch... and once they hatch, make sure you actually got chickens

Re: Berlusconi finally sells AC Milan
Released from hospital , he said to have sold Milan and new owners will have to invest 400 mln in two years for it.
He was in pitiful condition , looked like an amoeba, I' am convinced he divided his soul in 7 portions for 7 horcruxes .

Here is the comment in english

Chinese derby in Milan it is. Lets see how far these owners can take Inter and Milan with FFP and the current competition.
Everything hangs on CL for 5 clubs with only 3 spots, its gonna be ruthless. Juve, Napoli, Roma, Inter and Milan will do everything for this.

There is no reason why Milan shouldn't finish in the top 3. they are the number 1 contendor for the NXT title top 3 spot. Coach with ideas , no cups to play , new property that will invest much money.

Fininvest had recently a bad experience with the preliminary agreement , when Vivendi retired from purchase of Mediaset after having signed a preliminar agreement, but of course it is another thing now

What is a preliminary agreement really? Is it binding or is it just a nice letter? Until the ink is dry and monies have been exchanged, nothing's happened.

If interpreted that letter correctly then signing this agreement includes the payment of 100 mill to Finninvest. 15 at the moment of signing and 85 within 35 days.
The closing of the sale will be performed within 2016.
In the agreement the group is obliged to inject 350 mill to A.c. Milan within 3 years.
Those are some of the highlights of that pic

It's a form of contract concluded between two parts that undertakes to contract in future. If you want withdraw from this contract, you must pay a penalty decided from the beginning exactly on preliminary agreement.

Overpriced tbh, no football club is worth a packet of wine gums.

Berlusconi will encounter heart problems before that deal becomes official. He won't sell Milan until he is six feet under...

If my Italian is current it says by end of 2016 to close the deal. Also they value Milan at $740 million but with $220 million in debt, so $520 million net value for everything. Wasn't Berlusconi not going to sell for less than $1 billion?

Re: Berlusconi finally sells AC Milan
maybe its time to move on....whatever happens, berlusconi did a hell of a lot for milan. him, agnelli and moratti were very instrumental to that league (even though moratti had his florentino perez kind of moments, or should i say flo had moratti type moments)

Roma was bought out by a American Italian James Pallotta and his group in 2012. Inter has been bought twice, once by Erik Thohir in 2013, he bought a 70% majority stake while Moratti remained a 30% minority shareholder, and now this year Thohir has sold his 70% majority share to Suning, a Chinese company, and Thohir will remain a 30% minority shareholder buying out Moratti, with Moratti now completely out of the picture.
