You can't win the matches alone with a shit team. I'll probably win 55% of matches and not 45% of matches, but I won't have fun doing so. I'm kind of noobish tactically because I haven't played Overwatch in groups much, but I know how to play the objective, and even when I play Mercy I get more kills than deaths. It's just not very fun to play with imbeciles because I got placement matches with quadruple-Hanzo like four times in a row.

You can get much, much  better at this game than you think you are. The more games you play the more accurate your ranking gets.

Considering I have 185 medals in 59 matches with 69 of them gold on DVa in a 14 level climb with an 80% win rate during the climb... You have a hard time convincing me that you're unable to get out of the elo you're in if you're actually better than the people you're playing with and against. if you're going to play a support in low elo who the hell are you going to support that's good enough to carry the game? This isn't like League where supports can singlehandedly carry lower elo games; if you don't have anyone to support then don't support them and take things into your own hands. Every decision you make impacts your chance to win the game from hero choice to positioning to ability use. There is much; much more to winning an Overwatch game than just aim.

It may sound arrogant but I've heard the same complaints about bad teams over and over again for over a decade; and after stomping my way through the 40's into the mid 50's (mostly solo) in this particular game I can promise you that you can win with shit teams. I've only recently had decent teams where I can make a mistake and not immediately lose the game but the teams from 40-50... Symmetra attack (won)... multiple suicide Genji's on defense (won) Multiple first time Ana's that got maybe one ult off per game (won; because I made the maximum use of the ult).

If you get a triple kill around an objective or eliminate multiple members of the enemy team consistently chances are you're going to win more games than lose them.

If you get 4 or more Ana ults off every push; chances are you're going to win more games than lose them.

If you consistently intercept Reaper as he's trying to flank and stopping him; you're going to win more games than lose them.

If you interupt ults on a consistent basis you will win more games than lose them.

If you identify and shut down the best opponent etc.

I could go on... but even if I hadn't just climbed this much in two days I'd be saying the same thing.

Get placed; dont' worry about your ranking well play together and I'll show you

How can you guys still be hung up on that point; double support double tank is a necessity. Since you're on console I wouldn't advise Ana but Ana + primary healer with a double tank comp is devastating in any push. A good Ana will easily get one ult per minute.

Beacuse we haven't played together for a month or so and randoms doesn't play with double healer or double tank.

It wasn't till 70+ that I saw double healer & double tank in almost every game.

And how can you talk about the Ana part when you don't play on console? Stop the arrogance.

Am really vibing with Ana these days. Ana + Mercy is so funny, get 2 random tanks in that team and the other 2 chars can just randomly be gimps harassing the enemy.

Once every 45 seconds or so Ana has her ulti ready, and Nanoboost + Mercy's Damage Boost on a Winston clears an entire enemy team.

Maybe you can't now. I'll finish them up today then, but I probably won't play more than that.

How they haven't fixed the leaver issue yet is beyond me.

Just do a backfill. If you lose, no rating loss. If you win, rating gain ffs

People would abuse it if you got no rating loss if someone on your team left and you lose the game, I think they should deter leavers by making it that you get a -50% rating gain for a match immediately after leaving, wouldn't solve it entirely but would stop leavers considerably IMO

No what I meant with backfill is if someone leaves, a random joins. This random won't lose rating if he lose. If he win, he'll gain ranking.

i am so rusty , had to take a couple days off..I know if I jump into comp without a few days practice I gonna drop down to rank 50 lol. Knew McCree would get nerfed but not this fast.

Tbf it should stay on console. It's very hard to aim compared to PC. Out of the 20-30 ish games i've played the last few days i've only seen 4-5 McCree's.

Shit in KotH, goat in payload. If the nerf hits on console i'm switching back to Pharah.

McCree also got his FB + fan the hammer buffed though.

Yeah, I think he'll be fine on console after this patch tbh
