QPR are happy to get relegated
Or so it seems.

So, they seem set to lose their best player yet probably won't be spending more than £1.25m which they blew on DJ Campbell from Blackpool.
This season is / was QPR's big chance to allure some good players into the team, now that they're in the BPL, but they seem happy to pass it. A horrible lack of ambition, looks like the club's billionaire owners Ecclestone, Briatore and Mittal have lost all interest in how the club actually does. I feel a bit sorry for QPR's fans, they must have been expecting a step-up in transfer activity to try and stay in the Premier League. Of course they could still manage to survive in there with their Championship winning squad, but some investment in players would have been only wise.
Hopefully the owners find a buyer sooner rather than later.

QPR forward Adel Taarabt is on the brink of completing a transfer to Paris St Germain after being left out of his club's pre-season tour to finalise the move.
QPR are reported to have received a £13.5 million bid for Taarabt from the French Ligue 1 side and appear resigned to losing their want-away Moroccan international.
...
QPR boss Neil Warnock has revealed he is unlikely to be allowed more than £1.25 million in transfer funds this summer as he prepares for life in the Premier League.
"If we lost Taarabt it would be easier for me in some respects, the money would come in handy, but I don't think we'll spend any of it."

Good.
They don't play as good of football as either Swansea/Norwich...rather the other 2 stayed up.
I've given up on Wigan going down

They will never go down. Bottom experts. Wigan's BPL season roller coaster is like Arsenal's, but reversed lol.
