On a serious note its very sad but River has to come back strong.
Boca fans won't be happy and shouldn't, next year they'll be in a similar situation as River. If River had stayed they would start the next season with the same amount of points on the 3-year avg or so I read/heard.

In Argentina they say Lamela was already sold so we'll know the team soon. I'd guess Roma or Napoli.

Apparently it is confirmed. A River Plate fan died. He was inside the stadium. Reports of him collapsing maybe because of heart problems

I don't watch games in that league. Was it a lack of motivation? Injuries? Manager? Players not good enough?

crazy stuff. whatever happened to the two biggest clubs in argentina? we've always hated them in brazil, but that's because they always trouble us.. i hope river recovers.. i want to see both at the libertadores - and soon!
