Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 24
That might be why
I don't like watching Lesnar just throw Germans and F5s, i watch his match with Punk at Summerslam 2013 and think why the *bleep* are you just doing two moves.
I know why he does it, but i just don't find it as entertaining as i did pre suplex city gimmick.

Reigns-Lesnar was fantastic. My match of the year. It was two titans going at it. It's a shame WWE has forgotten how to build those type of matches, due to 50/50 booking.

He's OK. They've planned matches in a way to make him look good, which is what they SHOULD be doing with everyone on the roster.

Lesnar/Reigns wasn't good because of Reigns' ringwork, it was good because of Lesnar's suplex city match style imo.

Reigns did his part. He sold his asskicking well, and he dished out some convincing offense. The acting in that match was amazing.

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 24
Speaking objectively, one can see why they're pushing Reigns as the next top guy, but they've done such an awful job, that's he's essentially become damaged goods. Unless he turns heel, which is unlikely, he's done. The hardcore fans are never going to accept him because they feel he isn't deserving of his position, and the fact that he has the tag of the 'chosen one' doesn't help either.

Yeh Reigns did play his part well, but in the same manner as Pedro being a system player. Without the system, aka the suplex city match style, there's no Reigns.

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 24
No matter what Reigns does, this version of him is never going to be accepted. People have already decided he doesn't deserve to be in the top spot and rightfully so.
Best thing to do is turn him heel and let him work on a new character in the midcard. A character where he has freedom and where it's an extension of his own personality. Which is what should have happened in the first place, but nope, they shoved him into the main event picture before he was ready. It's basically what the Rock did when he originally got rejected.

In the meantime they can start pushing people like Sandow who got over purely based on natural talent. Instead of deservedly getting a push, he lost his feud vs the Miz, got put into a jobber tag team with Axel to purely put the Ascension over and then got taken off of TV and hasn't been seen since.

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 24
Hulk Hogan didn’t waste any time finding a way to spend his newfound wealth: the legendary pro wrestler has used his winnings from a recent lawsuit against Gawker to purchase his former employer, World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
The Wall Street Journal broke the news this morning that Hogan paid an estimated $135 million for the company — a surprisingly low valuation for the sports-entertainment juggernaut — and is now the sole owner of its copyrights, talent roster, video library, network, ice cream bars, and vast spandex warehouses.
Asked by reporters why he purchased the company, Hogan said he wished to tell his brother something:
“Things are gonna be different around here, dude,” he said.
Hogan then listed a number of changes to the company, effective immediately:
The company name will revert to World Wrestling Federation
The main event of WrestleMania next Sunday will feature Triple H versus Hulk Hogan
America the Beautiful will be sung at WrestleMania by Brooke Hogan
The new General Manger of Raw will be Brutus Beefcake
The New Orleans Super Dome will be renamed the Silverdome
The company’s new head writer — and sole writer — will be Vince Russo
NXT will be cancelled to make room for re-runs of Thunder in Paradise

Nothing will beat Zack Ryder's burial though. He got pushed off the stage on a wheelchair LMFAO

You haters will look silly when Ryder wins the IC Ladder match imo
Might as well accept the only noise you will hear after the match is ohhhhh radio, tell me everything you know.
Seriously though, these lyrics *bleep* hilarous.

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 24
Would love to see Ryder win it. Imagine a Zayn vs Ryder feud for the title, something fresh and new.
Get Sandow back and give him his win back vs the Miz. Then give him a main event push and feud with Jericho for the title.
Turn Reigns heel and let him work on a new character in the midcard.
Hire Russo as head writer.
Bring back JR.
Make RAW 2 hours again, with Shane as GM.
And the rest of it etc etc.

Agree with that completely, although even if they wanted to do it they can't.
