I'd like everyone to pay attention to how we attack with possession, where players without the ball are, how they move, how they link up with each other. Because that's been shite so far.

Why wouldn't you want Benteke in the side? He's like the only player that can score on this team right now, lol

Btw, is Teixeira injured or simply completely out of Klopp's plans, too? We had Brannagan, Smith and Randall on the bench against West Ham but not Teixeira... I would like to see him get a fair chance.

Henderson is out too

Texeira doesn't run enough or make decent decisions, He's always been selfish in the u21 games ive watched but probably because he knows his time is up.

He's older than Can ffs

It's not like Ibe or Can are making the best decisions, either. I'm disappointed he hasn't got opportunities in the first team - apart from one League Cup game - while we're subbing on players like Bradley Smith when needing to score (the West Ham game).

Ibe's fine, He had the most movement and directness in the WHU game, Can on the other hand can't be that dire at such an important role.

I still think Can is being given way too big of a role way too early for him. Maybe it's because Henderson is having his injury issues, but it would be nice to have a more experienced midfielder that can play more often in that role. He should be playing mostly cup games and learning from someone more experienced (like Henderson). For now I would really like Klopp to move Coutinho back into midfield where he performs best and takes the pressure off him of being one of our goal threats so he can focus on his best attributes a bit more rather than taking 5 shots a game. If we were to go with a midfield 3 right now I would like:


It has the most balance of energy, defensive cover and creativity. My back-ups would be Can for Lucas, Milner/Allen for Henderson and Allen/Teixeira for Coutinho (which means we need to look for a creative midfielder to deputize for Coutinho there). I think it would provide spark to our attack, too, because then it would start deeper.

That leaves room for Firmino/Lallana/Ibe/Benteke/Sturridge/Origi to operate up front in some combination of 2 strikers and an ACM or two wide players and a striker.

Realistically speaking Coutinho won't find himself being a CM, but Can might see the bench once in a while when Milner is fit. Although depends also on Henderson's fitness, his foot injury worries me.

who doesnt know Mortys love for the likes of Carrolls, Bentekes and their .... we play better football when Benteke is not on the pitch.

And we've played much better without him.

Ibe with his third goal this season, Also as i had voiced Allen is the most intelligent midfielder at the club

He needs to start more.

I like Allen but lots of rumours he's being sold. He's been our best player again...he deserves more appearances.

Also Lovren was playing fantastic until getting injured, again.
