You make it sound as if being Mourinho 2.0 would be a bad thing.
Mourinho
- without the falling out with his own squad, his own medical team, referees, other coaches, Unicef and Jesus aspect
- with trust in youngstars (Koke, Giménez, Oliver Torres, Saúl, Carrasco, Oblak, A. Correa ...)
- without being a sore loser
- with the ability to keep the squad motivated beyond 2 seasons (this is Simeone's 5th season now at Atletico, 1 1/2 years after their La Liga win and CL final run and they are still there at the top -- like, literally, they are joint top of the table right now alongside Barca)
is pretty much a perfect coach.
Atletico are 1 superstar forward away from being a top 3 team in the world. Just imagine they had Suarez whose character and playstyle, aside from his obvious qualities as a footballer, would be a match made in heaven for Simeone instead of relying on Fernando freaking Torres and Hackson Martinez. They are only that 1 striker away from being a near unbeatable unit.

You all are pretty spineless
Now I'm defo the #1 hater on Mou in these parts no one can dispute that, however I think we may as well stick with him until the end of the season now.
Can't be arsed with no caretaker imo and we won't get relegated so.

If you think that in December, then surely you thought it in March. Of 2012 to be exact. Imagine if we'd following that line of thinking then...

You know I'm still holding out hope that Jose can still bring our spirits up. I don't see any signs of players opposing mou, but also take something from dortmunds book last season- they went from cl finalists to the brink of relagation in the bundesliga, but had some redemption at the end.

This season has long been over, but the fact we're only 1 point above relegation is unacceptable.
Get a caretaker in, and then get either Simeone or Pep in the summer.
pep or simone would never come to chelsea

I disagree, I can see Simeone joining, and maybe Pep if we offer him the right deal.

Owner Roman Abramovich led talks on how the Premier League champions can end a slump that has seen them lose nine of their first 16 games.
The Blues are one point off the relegation places after defeat at Leicester City on Monday.
Mourinho's position was on the agenda as part of a wider debate on how to turn things around, but there is no emergency board meeting on Wednesday.
It is not yet clear which way the club will go or whether he will be in charge against Sunderland at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
The 52-year-old Portuguese was given Abramovich's public backing earlier in the season.

Intesting, I was all for him to go but after seeing the Leicester game I think he should stay for a few more games. They way he went off on his players means that he wont be playing many of them in the future I think, and they were much better with 2 strikers with an attacking mindset so maybe he will change the formation and tactics.
If not then he need to go, but after seeing the press conference I think he should be given 5 more games

It's also possible that he'll stay til season end, regardless.
I mean, what do we actually have to play for? the FA cup?

hes still there so Im guessing they are gonna keep him unless they get in serious risk of being relegated.
honestly tho, dont why chelsea fans like him so much, the style of football he preaches is so boring to watch even when it does win game.
is anyone here aware of the chelsea fan channels on youtube? AKA 100percentchelsea and chelseafans channel.
100percentchelsea makes all chelsea fan look like such morons you should check it out if u are not aware

Yeah. Just curious who's the replacement. This may also change our January plans for the better by getting more new players
