I wouldn't risk Santi for this game especially with Ramsey and Jack injured, he is too crucial. Put an Arteta and Flamini Pivot with Ox in front, it should be enough for this. The likes of fringe players fit and youngsters on loan is affecting our ability to rotate ffs.

Wenger confirmed today Arteta isn't fit to play for whatever reason, so one assumes Cazorla will play. We might see Bielik, Kamara, or the new kid, Bennacer, on the bench, but I doubt they'd be thrown in for a debut.
Sheffield Wednesday are in really good form, btw. 9th in the Championship with four wins from their last six (the other two being draws). Certainly won't be an easy game.

This is the R16 equivalent game right? A QF, SF and Final after this?
I am a bit lost with the status of this cup now. I remember the final would be in Feb and the Semi is usually in Jan (when a replay is a huge disaster).
Is the QF in Nov? Or am I missing one more round somewhere??

Ben Sheaf, 17 year old CM, scored a couple of belters in a youth tournament for us recently. Regular for the U18s and appears for the U21s as well.
There's pretty much zero creativity in that team. Kamara is a pretty standard DM.
Wonder if Ox will play in the middle or if we'll try a sneaky 4-4-2 with Iwobi up top with Giroud.

That 4-4-2 would actually make sense.
