Maggie being the leader of Hilltop would be nice.

Jesus hints she will be /already is.
If there is no deus ex machina, I can't see how Rick & co will get rid of the saviors. They have no chance.
Hopefully it won't be a big letdown.
They could get rid only of Negan and then they'd probably implode in a civil war either.

Re: The Walking Dead III
What a terrible, pointless, waste of time episode that was involving a character I doubt anyone gives a toss about. An entire friggin' episode centered around Tara????? smh!
Sometimes I question myself as to why I still watch this show.

Yea. Didn't mind this episode though. Was somehow better than last week's.
There is going to be an all out war. This is just the preparation for it.

U have to be a die-hard fan to not mind that episode. I'm not mocking you at all, we all have our opinions

Re: The Walking Dead III
I didn't say it was a good episode, but it was better than last week's where I had to skip scenes to finish it.
This episode would have been better if Maggie was there instead of Tara.
Last 4 weeks have been world building episodes and it will probably continue till the mid season finale.
Although next week's promo looks good.

Re: The Walking Dead III
Thought this was a great episode (minus some parts). Best since episode 1.
Loved the interactions between Negan and Carl. Specially that scene where Negan asked him to show him his eye. That's one of the iconic moments from the comics. Carl impressed me in this episode.
Negan was amazing. Saw more of how ruthless he is. The way he is psychologically bullies people is great.
Quite few sub plots are building up. Spencer is definitely going to get someone killed if not himself (hopefully he dies asap). I have a feeling Judith will die because of him. Which would be pretty insane if they do kill a toddler.
PS: lowkey fan of father gabriel

Re: The Walking Dead III
Not at all the snoozefest that the previous episode was, still not quite at the level expected of this show, but this was as good as Negan has been all season. His lines were truly hilarious at some points, especially with Carl's eye.
Problem with this show is that none of the other arcs are anywhere remotely as interesting as this one so we're doomed for more mediocrity to follow after this.

Re: The Walking Dead III
Great episode, brilliant for comic book fans-- 90% of the episode was straight adaptation from the comics.
Negan is *bleep* great lol, it's like he doesn't fit with the rest of the cast who are so meh these days. Was hilarious how he tried to increase Olivia's self esteem by offering to have sex after insulting her initially.

Re: The Walking Dead III
I just started this show a few weeks ago, on season 3 episode 9. Good show, but don't see what all he hype is about so far.
Some thoughts:
Some thoughts:
- Spoiler:
- Shane was the GOAT
- Lori was a bitch
- Dale was a bitch
- Carl was annoying as shit getting lost all the time
- Don't like the governor's arc so far

Re: The Walking Dead III
Fantastic episode
That water scene was amazing. Wish it was a bit longer though.
So glad Spencer died. It was coming. Gruesome the way he died though lol. Negan There is always a sense of terror when he is in a scene lol.
That Rick and Daryl scene at the end ffs. When he handed him back his gun. Shit gonna get real. Those nods were a bit cheesy tho
Can see an all out war coming soon.

The disparity of quality when episodes follow comic plot and when episodes make their own shit up is astounding.

Re: The Walking Dead III
Good episode my ass.
Lol so this whole first half of the season was just so they could get some balls to fight Negan
I hate Rosita so much. Why the *bleep* didn't Negan kill her. She *bleep* shot at him to try to kill him. Hope she dies as soon as possible.
Awful writing this season so far. The only great episode was the premier.
There's no way Negan is defeated in the next 8 episode. I'm 100% certain they will drag it until Season 8 finale (episode 16).
