Most people I talk to have recognized that Benzema has been very good this season. I wasn't (and haven't) been putting him down at all. I was just remarking on how great Higuain has been this season and using two of the top strikers in the world to illustrate my point. Not a slight on Benzema at all.

im not saying you are or fans don't rate him, you said "so much is made of benzema and lewa forms", and i said most posters on this forum, avoid talking about him when in form, to paint a certain picture of good not great.

So much has been made of Benzema and Lewandowski being in ridiculous form this year, but...

. But yes, Higuain has been incredibly good this season. If he can keep this up, he'll end up scoring over 30 goals in the league alone.

Having watched Higuain in his best days for Real Madrid, I've always known it was just a matter of time before he started exploding like he is doing now. Napoli are embracing Higuain and rightly so, he is their best player.

Higuain can redeem himself this summer with Argentina, otherwise many won't care less about all his goals for Napoli.
Benzema could have been in the same situation , shining as the star of another team. I want him to leave RM for the last part of his career.

Rummenigge has made Bayern's interest in Higuain clear.
“Clearly Higuaín is a player we like, he is doing very well and I think he’ll be happy with that, despite that, I doubt my friend Aurelio De Laurentiis will sell.” Ancelotti also stated not too long ago that he would like to work with him.
