Always amazes me how people who are not fans of the PL always find ways to make things up to drive their agenda irrelevant of facts.
Way to go there champ.
Perhaps these quotes up thread, which struck me, were meant to be humorous, if so stand corrected. If not, you could offer an apology.
All four EPL teams should make the knockouts which will be interesting.
mule getting them excuses ready for when 4 Goat liga teams are in ko stages
Gonna be 4 GOAT PL teams as well though
City have the best team in this group on paper this year by a fair margin….. I think they'll take top spot
Can't wait until we expose the fraud that is Guardiola. Jack Wilshere to score the winning goal just to rub it in.

lmao the 2nd and last comments were both banter, it's so obvious, and the 3rd in reply to dat dere banter.
I don't see much wrong with the first and fourth comments tbh.

If it is just banter and the comments are meant to imply the opposite, i.e. that the PL teams will have a difficult time going through, I stand corrected. Thanks for the explanation.

Banter doesn't necessarily imply the opposite is meant.
And as I said the first and fourth once are serious comments, and I don't see much wrong with them, in fact I agree with what was said.

I see, you agree that the PL clubs will have an easy time of it. That was my original point. Am I permitted to be amazed, at that? Or is it not permitted?

Re: Champions League Draw 2015/16: Group Stage
None of those comments say that the EPL teams "will have it easy", it just says that on paper, all 4 clubs should have enough to make it through to the group stages. And with that I totally agree. If you don't think the same, then fair enough mate you are entitled to your own opinion.

Re: Champions League Draw 2015/16: Group Stage
I will have to do better at interpreting the gist of the statements that struck me, i.e. add the disclaimer you suggest, "should have enough". Which would fall in line with supporters of clubs from other leagues who have some doubts.
Thanks for confirming that I am entitled to my own opinion.

Banter aside, you don't really need to full-quote the post right above your own when you reply to it. It is fully sufficient to just write your reply, thus I decided to delete the quotes as they make reading the thread a bit tedious. Thank you very much for your attention. ^^

With Roma and Juve seeded during R16, i believe Serie A can outperform Budesliga this season

I moved the post from the EL thread to the CL thread as it was about Roma and Juve.

PSV, United, Galatasaray, Malmö it is.
Then van Gaal's Red Devils progress 2:1, 2:3 against Porto, 2:1, 2:3 against Bayern.
They dominate Benfica in the semis to get humourlessly disposed of by Chelsea in the final.
Futbol and me getting that important jinx in early
