Cavani would be the perfect striker for our game, if Real signs back Morata for 35 mln we should try and sign him,he looks unhappy for being a sub and playing out of position and there are rumours for Icardi going to PSG.
It will be difficult for sure cuz there are English teams interested but considering his age,his Serie A experience and nice amount of cash coming from Morata's sale we should be able to make a serious offer.

I don't think we'll get him either but I also don't see him going for 60mil. You never know with new money in the premier but that still seems too high.

Actually I don't think we'll sign Berardi, dunno why,

The pricing has become shocking. But it is what it is... there just aren't ANY available proven goalscorers out there and Cavani did net over 30 goals last season and has 15 this season despite his struggles (so he'll end up with 20-25 easy).

Competition drives pricing and there's a lot of competition for him.

I'd go for 50-55 mln offer at max (we have to consider his wages as well)...and with Morata money in it will be a -15/-20 to our budget.

Considering his age I don't think his price will go much above that,despite big money clubs are interested.

I agree that transfer fees are getting out of control, but I would be shocked by 70m for a striker that is going on 30 years old that wants 10m+ in wages. If that is the case, I would stay away from him. I could see his form going down rather quickly after a couple of seasons especially when he starts facing better competition and isn't lining up with a guy like Zlatan next to him.

Juve should stay away from him anyways. They've done a good job with bringing in younger talent. They should stay the course.
