Re: PES
Yeah Fifa got the rights, we have Dortmund this year though
Not particularly fussed about it either tbh as option files will be ready for when I get the game tbh.

Re: PES
Was just playing as Germany.
Ozil and Kroos interplay is
Getting used to the passing now, was playing as Barca before and due to their tiki taka pre set tactics the runs were not suitable to how I like to play.
Germany is great though.

Re: PES
Can't wait to play as Sevilla and stick Tiki-Taka, Wing Support, Hug the Touchline, Attacking Fullbacks and Gengenpressing all on at the same time. While playing 3-2-3-2, of course.

Re: PES
Yeah it doesn't have Bundesliga but most relevant Bundes teams are already included like Schalke, Dortmund, Leverkusen, etc with the exception of Bayern

Re: PES
If memory serves those are the licensed Bundesliga teams iirc.
Might be wrong though, there's usually about 3 or 4 Bundesliga teams and Dortmund has obviously replaced Bayern this year.

Re: PES
Konami should sign exclusive rights with some big clubs too. The war needs to go far so badly that both parties will finally come, sit down and be like "let's end this exclusive deal bullshit because it is hurting both of us".
Re: PES
I don't think Konami actually care about it.

Re: PES
Oh they definitely care lol, they wouldn't be signing partnerships with Barca, Liverpool and Dortmund if they didn't.
Not sure what those entail outside of licensing, exclusive rights to stadia and my club legends but still.
They just can't compete with EA on a financial level, btw EA would never agree to what Dany is proposing tbh. One of FIFA's biggest selling points every year is how authentic it apparently is due to licences.
Despite the football not being authentic at all but I digress lol.

Re: PES
FIFA is a giant. Celebs, mass media etc all hype and promote it. PES had the chance back in the days when fifa was weak during 07-09 era but PES didn't capitalise.

Re: PES
Yep.
They admit it themselves that they got complacent entering PS3/360, it's too late for it to be mainstream popular now.
As long as the games are good though (and in fairness they aren't always) I won't particular care.

Reviews seem to be praised similar to these two so far ( not seen anything but 9s and that 10), i'm a bit surprised tbh because while it's a better game than last year i don't think it's as user friendly so i expected lower scores.

Re: PES
Ozil is so *bleep* good on this ffs.
Also i have never managed to pull this off effectively on a football game before
I have managed to make Mario Gomez basically never get involved in build up outside of lay offs now and again Outside of that he basically lives in the 6 yard box.
I absolutely love it, because in the past whenever i use strikers with limited technique they still get over involved in build up.
Makes it really fun to build plays up until i can eventually open up a chance for Gomez. Might have happened in other games in the past but i could never do it lol.

Re: PES
Did they fix the terrible goalkeeping from last year?
Three things that stop this game from being GOAT:
1. Goalkeeping
2. Lack of licenses
3. Dead online community

1. Goalkeepeing is better, definitely.
2. Even fewer licenses this year (no La Liga)
3. Don't know yet, but judging from the past few years I'd expect them to be dead again. Konami's servers are shit.
They have also introduced Denuvo anti-piracy to the downgraded PC version so no more modding on PC it seems. Expect PC version to die soon (as if it wasn't dying).
Really, really disappointed with Konami.

Re: PES
No idea about the online stuff but i have had zero issues with the goalkeepers in the demo.
As this video shows, adding in kits this year is easy as shit. I wouldn't even consider it an obstacle this time.
#PES2017 is out on Friday! Want to learn about Option Files? SURE YOU DO! Check it - & thanks to... https://t.co/dX7WBcPn7e

You can find games, but it can sometimes take a while.. I'm talking more about the community.. The game modes suck, and going up the divisions isn't as fun as in FIFA

Re: PES
Importing the data from the option file atm. It does everything automatically now
Also the transfer update is live.
Feels like they've really nailed it this year.

Apparently there's some people doing full championship and Bundesliga kits for later today
I wasn't expecting this, in the past you would have to wait weeks for stuff like that.
