Re: World Cup 2018 Qualifiers Discussion
I love this Venezuela team
By far the best talent pool we've ever had if the federation hadn't thrown away the qualifiers at the beginning we could have one of the five teams in it until the end.
Argentina played terribly. Messi did it all. I hope he never gets criticized at nt again. This qualification is 100% on him.
Chile look like a different team since the last copa . Brazil dismantled them.

Better than the high of winning is finally having this albatross off my neck
Confirmed positions:
1. Brazil (qualified)
2. Uruguay (qualified)
3. Argentina (qualified)
4. Colombia (qualified)
5. Peru (play offs against New Zealand)
6. Chile
I was rooting for Chile over Peru because @Perucho has been getting on my nerves lately but now that Chile is officially out I'm okay with that.
Brazil absolute favorites to win the whole thing, hexachampions incoming.

They got Fergie Time and a La Liga card wielding ref to help them...and still couldn't get the equaliser.

not just that but Panama qualifying over them
I feel for my American football fans, not seeing your country involved definitely sucks. But you can imagine how non-americans are enjoying this because Trump is a huge dunce.

Re: World Cup 2018 Qualifiers Discussion
What an absolute joke of a team Paraguay are. All they had to do was win against the last placed team. Props to Venezuela, they'll be at Qatar.
Peru played horribly and Pekerman played a great tactical game. Glad we got the draw to secure the playoff.
Our biggest rival eliminated. Now they know how we felt back in 1997. New Zealand shouldn't be too bad.
USA
@BC congrats bro. I'm just trying to get over on the forum we will see you there.

Re: World Cup 2018 Qualifiers Discussion
So after sobering up a little, could actually attempt to not be a total trolling dick about this result. I mean, USA National side really should hang their head in serious shame. I love my country, love my National side a lot but I know USA could draw with us. Easily. And that is all they needed, a single point against the last place team in the Hex group. And they didn't even accomplish that even after behaving like a bunch of pansies because of a little water on the track. Also Bruce Arena, lol, should have chose your words better there buddy.
Man, I really enjoyed it. Totally controlled the 1st half and we really should have gotten the 3rd too. 2nd half, USA recovered well and it was park the bus time for us. Applauded Dempsey hitting the bar, that was kind of him. That Christian boy is pretty good but USA was mad to let this 18 year old kid be the saviour of the side. He ain't Messi or Neymar or even a Robben but he is talented, he'll be fine. Anyway, this sort of match is where the vets were supposed to step up which...none did really. Anyway, this is absolute revenge for what transpired in 89 (which I doubt any of the USAMNT fans here know about) so we basically had ourselves a grand time.

Chile what a fraud team.
Can't believe they actually weaseled their way into " The best NT in the world " discussion just because Messi and co kept choking against them.

Wait Chile got eliminated because they got their way on the +2 points awarded against Bolivia who fielded an ineligible player, and because Peru got awarded +3 points.

Absolutely *bleep* embarrassing
*bleep* you Hans and your German *bleep* manager. And *bleep* Bruce Arena for not managing to even draw against *bleep* Trinidad and Tobago
Salt is high and I'm not ashamed to admit that
