Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015
If we just buy Kovacic and let the current group we have grow together and have a coach that can develop them all to reach their potentials in about 3 years this team
Bench: Hendo, Markovic, Lallana, Others + Academy
This team will be able to challenge for the title and be consistently in the top 4. But do we have the patience? I say no.
GK
RB - Ilori - Sakho - LB
Can - Kovacic
Ibe - Coutinho - Sterling
Sturridge/Origi

For RB i believe Clyne is a good shout, Benteke is one rumor i am really not that comfortable with though.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015
Ilori will NEVER play for this football club.
Hell, he's hardly been pulling any trees in France. I read Bordeux forums and they all say he's lazy and lacks concentration not to mention his injury speed.
There is more chance of me being a regular LFC player than that weird looking mofo

Can-Kovacic pivot massively lacks defensive discipline.
It'll get torn to shreds by any half decent side.

That's in 3 years brah when Can is Matheus reincarnated and Kovacic is defensively as good as Makelele and offensively better than Zidane.

Robes
Send us Icardi when you're done with him as well. Lovren needs a lesson on how to be a proper husband.
Also who is going to be Kovacic's replacement, Kondogbia? Since we'll be in for him in a few years, I'd like to know in advance who I should keep an eye on

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015
if we sign Kovacic, that just means our transfer committee has learned something. I think we should keep an eye on Chelsea rejects/unwanted players also

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015
Don't do it to yourself guys.
As Paul Joyce (very reliable journo) mentioned last night...we'll be focusing on PROVEN PREMIER LEAGUE players (Proven in mid-table/relegation clubs mind you).
It'll all end in tears. Expect nothing from this rotten club.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015
So it just shows benteke isn't the main we should be making our XI based off, makes sense for us to get him with how shit we are in our trasnfers.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015
Relax ffs.
Review is in 2 days.
We were linked to how many players with Dalglish before we appointed Rodgers. From reports, we were on the verge to sign Diame and some Iturbe from Malaga? iirc. Patience.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015
What's the update about outgoing transfers? We have a huge list of fringe players- Coates, Illori, Enrique, Allen, Alberto, Aspas, Lambert, Borini, Balo, Yesil.
That's 9 players who should be sold for any good offer. And already Johnson, Jones are leaving. So this window is also about having some good outgoing transfers, not just incoming. We can't keep loaning out fringe players, sell them for once for all.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015
btw..
Since when was Benteke a quality player? It's another large money signing made out of desperation and weak scouting. Depressing times....
What's worse is Rodgers sold Carroll because his playing style did not suit the club. And Benteke is no different, raises the question on really what exactly is BR doing? We had the lowest number of crosses in the PL this season and this Benteke lives for crosses.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015
Aspas has a obligation o buy clause in his loan contract. I'm sure Ilori will be retained. Most of the dispatches will happen in July or August. None of those players are much fancied (except may be Balotelli) and will be picked when no other options/time are available.BusterLfc wrote:What's the update about outgoing transfers? Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015
Yeah I'd gladly keep Ilori too, but I doubt BR/committee think the same way as we do.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015
There's not a single indication that Ilori is on the market or that the club is looking to sell him... why assume as much unless you're actively looking to be upset about something else?

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015
Ilori, I'm sure will finally be given a chance this season and hopefully make a starting spot his own since he's better than both Lovren and Skrtel. Him and Sakho could make a beautiful partnership together.
